Given my background as an Italian-American and former resident of Rome, I may possess a degree of personal bias. However, I have sampled several menu items, and the experience has been quite positive. Dario's consistent presence and daily preparation of the menu are noteworthy. I highly recommend patronizing establishments owned and operated by Italians who are also involved in the food preparation. The convenient location makes takeout a viable option
I had the absolute pleasure of enjoying lunch at Dario’s in Fort Lauderdale, and let me just say—WOW! Chef Dario, who is also the owner, is truly a master at his craft. I had the spaghetti with meatballs during lunch, and the next day I had the lasagna—both dishes were beyond exquisite. I had lunch at Dario’s and absolutely loved it! I’m Italian, and I can honestly say the food here is truly authentic: fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. I tried the lasagna and it was fantastic, just like in Italy. The coffee was excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended
