We arrived as they opened on Sunday morning for brunch. Seems like new waitstaff and bar back. Only 1 wait person for the whole place. First time Paula served us (we are regulars here as we love the food and ambiance). She was pleasant and attentive, but things were slightly off par. For e.g. rolls are usually wrapped in a beautiful cloth napkin (aesthically pleasing). Instead, we receive 4 rolls on a plain white plate. Most frustrating was: we didn't receive all our Landry select points, for some reason. Even though Daniel, the GM said he would inquire at corporate about the mistake. We will still return, but hence the 4 stars instead of 5 that I usually give in my reviews.
Practically empty at lunchtime (1pm reservation). Took 40 minutes to get our food (and then we only got it because we complained about how long it was taking). We ended up having to take our lunch to-go because we had a work meeting. It was disappointing.
Food was consistent with what I would expect from a steakhouse at this price point. There were a few nice enhancements from just steaks (handhelds, apps, etc) that differentiated. Wine by the glass was an excellent selection. We did the private label...a little acidic at first but mellowed out with a bit of time. Atmosphere was a bit odd. I think our 7pm reservation was overlapping with the daytime guests (shorts, tees, small children) leaving and the evening guests (formalwear, a bit more refined) coming in. I'd go back, perhaps a bit later in the evening when I make the reservation though. Thank you for a nice time out.

Underwhelming experience for a dinner we were so looking forward to.First off the location and the setup of the place is great, and the food was delicious. However from the very moment we were greeted something was off. Our party had reserved a table for 7 outside but got seated inside - not a big deal. Then somebody caught the error and offered to move us outside which we gladly accepted. Once there however drinks took forever to arrive (around 50 minutes) and we were so ready to order. Then the food arrived and there was no silverware etc. While there was a small mixup with 2 of our plates we just shared the steaks so no big deal. At some point another waitress had to jump in and help with the next round of drinks and the check. Food was excellent but our experience was ruined. The bathrooms btw looked like a murder scene from a highway gas station - end of shift madness with TP everywhere but the actual roll. Needless to say we were disappointed but the worst part was there was no attempt to make it right or win our business with an apology, explanation, or a comp for the inconvenience. Other patrons around us were experiencing the same and were trying to get their checks. On top of that 20% gratuity was already included for our party. I know it’s a busy night and they might be short staffed etc - people go to full service restaurants for the experience which was non existent here. I’d go elsewhere

Food was very good, although steak 'shareable' sides were not large enough. We had 3 orders, therefore 3 sides, but each side was enough for only 2 people, would not order steaks again as there was not enough to go around!

We went in for happy hour , our waiter was Chris , he was rude, short and had no patience . The food was good, the drinks were strong . But because of the service I received I don’t think me or my friends would return.

Très bonne cuisine. Filet mignon excellent. Les entrées sont généreuses en particulier le cocktail de crevettes et les minis tacos au thon Ahi. Carte des vins intéressante et franchement différente des autres restos dans cette gamme. On est allé à ce resto trois fois cet hiver avec des amis qui ont beaucoup apprécié. Le service est excellent.

Don't go eat there! They don't pay their employees. I worked 4 days of training last year, they didn't pay me and when I sent a message to the manager Josh he never answered me. I called several times and also spoke to the general manager and explained my situation and he did nothing about it. I received my w2 as they reported my hours but I never received my money.Horrible management

The foodrunner frank is very knowledgeable and professional and always greet me Everytime I dine in.i tip him 50-125$ on his great service whenever I dine in and see him.? y'all should give him a raise,he looks like a hardworking guy and is always kind.??
