The place is only accepting orders online and via phone at this time, but it has a great customer service and someone will help you with picking the right tea for you, out of so many options. I highly recommend Apple Caramel and Almond, and also Lemon Ginger. They often have a tent on weekends Farmers Markets in the area.

I needed help with placing an order and John was very helpful with helping me navigate the website. I loved their selection. I received my first order and shipping was free. It took about 2 weeks to receive my order, but I am very satisfied with the quality and specially appreciate the instruction in the packed for steeping time and temperatures. Will order again

Excellent tea quality, staff is very knowledgeable of all their different teas. They help you place your order or you can visit on weekends at the farmers market. If you LOVE loose leaf teas, this is your place.

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering. Great tea when we bought it at local farmer’s market, but ordered online on 9/26 and have yet to receive our order. Emailed John and was told on 10/12 it would be shipped that day or the next, and still nothing. Now they’re not responding to email or calls.

I discovered Demurs Fine Tea while visiting the Farmers Market, and was very happy to speak with them and learn about their organic teas. They have superior customer service and the best teas in town. Thank you so much for being approachable and caring for the environment.

I placed an order online for over $50 worth of tea on August 9th and as of October 15 I still haven’t received it. I emailed the customer service email, no response. In early September, I called and spoke to someone who assured me they’d send it out immediately. About 3 weeks later I got a shipping notification email. I received the “rate your experience” email and nothing ever arrived. Round two, I received the shipping email and still nothing. I’ve sent another email, though I’m not expecting a response. If you see DeMurs locally at a farmers market, the tea is lovely. However, never never never order from them online. I’ve been out $51 for over 2 months now with no product. I just want my money back.

Actually send orders that were paid for and respond to inquiries about them.
