You have a great product. You have nasty people providing customer service. Your people at fr. Lauderdale airport are very rude. When I asked a simple question on what ie if the ingredients was, as I did not want olives, the lady looked at me like I was not even there. It was the old man who answered. I had my wife with me and the wheel chair man was ready. I smoly asked how long will it take to make the pizza and the young lady hesitated to answer me. As a fellow business owner , I can tell you, you are making money, but two patrons walked off because of your poor customer service service. You need to send the entire crew back through customer service training. I travel through here a lot, i will NEVER patronize this spot again.

worst service ever August 10, 9:30pm. somehow they were completely out of napkins when i asked for some & no other place was open at this time. cut me off as i was asking a question ,& worked superrrrr slow despite there barely being any people. overheard someone try to get a refund because his flight was leaving & she rudely told him to call his bank bc they “don’t do refunds”.

I don’t think it’s possible for someone to move slower. Literally made my pizza in slow motion. Sensing a general attitude as well. Don’t eat here if ur in a hurry.

Food is good. But the people who work there are too lazy and have a bad attitude. I asked about my order because my flight is already boarding and they said it’s not ready and it’s in the oven, but one minute later, they call my name and it turns out the order was already ready. So, either they were mistaken (incompetent) or lying to my face (evil): either way, it’s very bad. The only customer I saw who got good customer service was a guy who spoke their language (French creole, I suspect). If you don’t speak their language, expect bad customer service.

Absolutely delicious! Cannot think of one reason to leave anything less than 5 stars. Pizza Bianca was incredible. The real deal! Super impressive!! Wish this was something I could enjoy more often (meaning without a trip to the airport terminal.)

Spent under $20. It's a 9 inch pizza, cut into 4 slices. They definitely load it up, folding a slice practically makes the topping spill over.

DeSano Pizza exceeded expectations! The pizza was super delicious, with a perfectly crisp crust and fresh, flavorful toppings. The size was just right for two people to share, making it an ideal quick bite before a flight. Great quality and speedy service! We received the order in literally 5 minutes.
