The people working here look like they are purposefully trying to move slow. It was a busy airport day and they did not move above a snail pace. When things are busy we should move quicker to match the need. They didn’t seem to care

Worst service in the entire airport, a disgrace for the employees, not only are they arrogant, they are stupid and rude to customers, not once and the second time on Sunday that the same team treats customers like rubbish, even pizza on the floor, I saw it, however, inside cashier as well as staff complaining that it is burnt and the waitress saying that they are all the same if you want and me who had to wait half an hour for pizza turned around and said and special due to the time it took the special was 10 chillies gentlemen administrators See if you can look at the team that Sunday Jun 10, 2024 and Sunday Jul 7, 2024, both at 7:00 pm, a real shame at an international airport

Worst experience I’ve had since I’ve been comming here there where two girl at the from one in blond brides and the next with a pony tail and a tall black guy the one with the blond wig went back in the kitchen touching the door with the same gloves that she use to make the pizza I ask her to change her gloves and she refuses to change it and then being rude asking if I’m sure it was her upon making my food and other customers order they was laughing and talking in there language where we couldn’t understand they all had no hair net I’ll never eat here again now you see why yall have 2.9 Rate

Its fresh made, which we liked, but its still an airport pizza. Many reviews say the servers are rude? That was not our experience. I mean if you're in this terminal and hungry, this is one of the better options! There are literally two tables, so don't expect to sit down.

The servers are really rude and have no interest in resolving even the smallest of queries regarding the food. They upon being questioned for extra seasonings or even the basic Ketchup react, and behave as if they asked them something out of their pockets.
While the product , should have had sauce as per the lady taking the order, while as per visible in the picture, there is no sauce.
No wonder this place has so low ratings , I'll advise someone thinking of ordering from here to maybe full up on some lays or Doritos from next door.

I stood at pizza count for about 8 minutes and then 2 people formed a line behind us and still no one said anything then one person asked us this where we order since no one would even acknowledge us. Then they say the line is down at the end. So we at the end and then 2 people who knew where to order from walked right up and ordered!!!! Wow so we still were not in the correct place to order. What the hell. They had no one there so why couldn’t they say u can come here to order or get a dam sign!!!! They shouldn’t have ingredients showing like we build our own then I would have known where to stand. And then still no acknowledgment or apology or anything. I guess they don’t need my business. I actually should have left

Did not order here , but was observing for an hour...I dont understand why this shop is still in business. The staff are totally disinterested and they dont look like they are pizza experts , very slow service and disorganized.Though this is the only pizza shop in Terminal 4, G gates ... Do not think about ordering from here.
