This place is a mess. They can't handle the volume clearly or dont want to pay more staff. We ordered 4 pizzas for carryout. Got there inthe 10 min and 3 were ready, 1 was not. I asked why and was told it just went in the oven, another 10 minutes. Then i saw about 6 pizzas come out before my 4th one. Instead of admitting the pizza maker made a mistake and forgot until they checked the final order, the woman there wouldnt even answer. If they had just said this is what happened, sorry, but to just act like nothing was wrong and literally not answer me was ridiculous. On top of that, one of the pizzas was odered with clear instruction to not add olives, but when i got to the place i was going, there were olives all over it. Because i was already running short on time since had to wait way longer than I should, I didnt have time to go back. Their solution was I could come back and get a new one or take a credit. So instead of having 4 pizzas I had 3 and some people who were not happy. So much for their guarantees.

Terrible location starting with manager as of 02/14/25, purchased 4 pizzas, got 1 wrong, manager declined to correct their mistake, citing "policy". Pizzas were not tasty. Very bad experience, save yourself the headache and order from somewhere else.

Ordered a cheese pizza can't get much simpler then that but yet I still end up with just a crust pizza no cheese or sauce in the middle litterly just crust and a couple inches of pizza I just don't understand how hard it is to make someone's food the right way

Disappointing Experience I was just trying to help out by offering to save the employee some time, so they wouldn’t have to walk back and forth. Instead of appreciating the gesture, I was met with unnecessary attitude. It’s frustrating when you’re just trying to be polite and considerate, and it’s not reciprocated. Not the best customer service experience at this location.

can't seem to be able to read instructions and the adatude of the worker was piss poor at best .if she worked for me she would be unemployed .there is no place for someone to talk to a customer without any respect and to yell and scream at them highly disappointed with the employee named Lissett and if I never see her again it would be too soon

TERRIBLE service. After waiting 1.5 hours and calling twice (the second time the manager hung up on me) our pizza arrived ice cold. I understand that they were busy and possibly short staffed, but it’s poor service not to inform the customer of the wait and then to hang up on them when receiving their complaint.

One of the employees came from outside delivering a pizza and came in and thought that he was going to take my pizza out the oven without washing his hand I told him he needed to wash his hand and him. And the other employees shook their head. And they was looking at me like I was crazy. Lizzie, you're not going to fix my food and not wash your hand.
Parking: The parking lot was okay, but it was other places there that you could not part because it's business. But the parking lot had a lot of water in the parking lot.
