Would have been 5 stars if I did not have an employee from the restaurant asking me for money like we are in a relationship of sorts.Went into this restaurant after a long while and got reminded of why I should stay away I placed an order for two meals, and even with two(2) types of vegetables nearby and visible, all she said was " no vegetables, tek extra rice,"The way she scooped that food and stopped it in made me question myself, not one to argue over things like this I quietly paid while rebuking myself for going there, for the owners of Donna's and all these othere service facilities, do you really know that there are lots of options for whatever you're selling, the writing is ( and has been) on the wall for all you going through the motion types, you need to treat customers as customers, why would I need to have an argument to have my food looking like I paid for it and not like it was smuggled out to me, please please do better.

I frequent at Donna's 4 out of 5 days in the work week to get their lunch specials at the Broward Blvd location because the staff is really nice to me and they give a sizeable portion. Today however a very new young employee although very pleasant serves a kid's size portion of rice and some dried up chicken that was nearly just the bone for me for lunch. I was so disappointed. Will go the restaurant tomorrow and tell them. If you hire someone new, let them know what is the norm.

No real complaints just the fact that every morning usually I try to grab the callaloo and sawfish and there is never any either made first and I think that's one of their famous dishes so it should be prepared first versus all the other liver and all the other stuff but other than that food's great Services great but they never have enough callaloo and saw fish or okra and saltfish before and you can tell they changed the chef because before the food was extremely salty now it is not as salty and still very flavorful

Not sure if they changed chef but food was mediocre at best, they never have barbe fry and the lady served my 3 chicken legs with my meal, who does that? At least tell me that you dont have thighs dont just give me anything.
