The food was good, but the customer service was trash. The worker was scraping the dry rice out of the bottom of the container (bunbun), and when told that fresh rice was desired, she got an attitude and made a slick comment, as if the fresh rice was coming out of her paycheck. A second staff member intervened to make sure the orders were done to the customer's satisfaction, and the first staff member started arguing with the second worker. This is a very relaxing environment, the service is awesome and the staff are very polite to the customers. It’s great to be able to enjoy a veggie or beef wrap party and a natural way juice.
It's really hit or miss. I'll start by saying go for lunch 1st. Then if you like it go for dinner. So far I have tried the j*** chicken; it was seasoned but really dry. Curry chicken was ok just add a pinch of salt. Curry goat is good depending on the cook it can be very spicy some days. Brown stew chicken was nice but sweet. I'm going to be honest no matter what meal you get there are going to BONES, MORE BONES THAN MEAT. This is another reason we go during lunch....
