My boyfriend and I shared a couple different meals and found ourselves with terrible food poisoning at night. We wanted different dishes to start but they were unavailable. Ruined our vacation and I hope people are aware that you can get food poisoning.

Hopefully the menu gets a remake

We went for happy hour. The food was amazing. We got the sushi and flatbread, and the view was perfect. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. The bartenders were not friendly or attentive. Also the one bartender claimed they were out of the Happy Hour Pinot Grigio, but then later a different bartender told me they weren’t. Overall the hospitality made this experience lackluster and a let down.

Pretty horrible experience.
The Good:
The ocean.
The bad:
Sat for 35 minutes before meeting our waiter.
We were informed the restaurant would be closing down in the coming months for major renovation, so they had not been stocking everything on the menu.
Ordered several different items only to be informed after waiting another 10 minutes that it was not available.
Food was just okay for the price.
Would not return. Would not recommend.

For such a beautiful place, facing the ocean, feet in the sand, you should really have better wait staff. It was horrible and just a real shame.

My husband and I enjoy going out to dinner and do not mind paying for an experience that is worth it, Dune is most certainly not worth it. The service is subpar, the restaurant dirty and everything is overpriced. We recently went for dinner and sat at the bar, we had to ask the bartender to clean the bar, which was covered with food and spilled drinks.
We then had numerous issues with our food and drink orders. My husband’s margarita had mojito spearmint. After explicitly saying my husband could not eat their fries because he has celiac, his steak came out with the fries instead of the substitute side he had requested. To make matters worse, my food came out about 15 minutes after my husband’s food came out and only after we asked for it 3 separate times. The delay in my order meant that we were unable to eat together. Overall, it was a terrible experience and no one apologized for the numerous mistakes and inconveniences that we encountered. I tried to reach to speak to the manager at least 3 times but they do not care enough to answer the phone or call back.

Went for dinner. Service was horrible and borderline rude from hostess to waiters. Food was fine but certainly not good enough to outweigh the negative experience. The only thing nice is the location so would limit it to drinks at sunset outside but there are also much better options for that.

Went last night for dinner. The sushi was fantastic. Our waitress was good but understaffed. My $65 lobster fra Diablo was mediocre. Pasta was over cooked and lobster was under cooked. The other pasta dishes were bland and basic. Not worth the $600 we spent.

We tried this place out in hopes of renting it out for a wedding reception. I am so happy we tried it first, what a disappointment. The food was terrible. The flat bread was on the thinnest cracker and looked like a totinos frozen pizza. We had a child with us and our waitress had zero patience with our table. Our water glasses were empty, we were short silverware and our waitress brought out the wrong order with cold fries. Don’t be fooled by the setting of this place, it’s not worth the money or your time.

I had really high expectations for this place since all their plates look good but totally disappointed. First of all, we originally book for valentine’s day but for the regular menu and they called last minute saying they had to cancel the reservation or we had to do the valentines menu. So we went with the valentines menu and it was terrible. The reception girls had attitude and were not professional at all. Food was served cold too. Service was great though!
