Ruden, Antony, and Dunes made my whole Sunday. We went for my Sister's 50th Birthday celebration and let me tell you a time was had. We were welcomed by Ruden who even took the time to move the table in a bit so we wouldn't be burned by the sun. The food was amazing, the service excellent, the view phenomenal we were seated outside. Antony and Ruden though the service, politeness, fun, welcoming personalities with a smile OMG took this dining experience over the top. Thank you Dune what a beautiful restaurant and experience.

Service can definitely be improved .I offer five stars to the chef??? however your staff needs a lot of training.Asked for a nice table in advance for a special celebration ( booked ahead not a busy evening ) to be told I can only sit inside in an empty restaurant, or the last table in a very windy corner .When I asked about two available boots ( in the patio I was refused by the hostess and also by the manager called .Only to see two person at each booth when . I finished dinner .Sure both parties became smaller???? ….lol .Read your clients people !!!!Read the comments in the bookings !Try to make it special when it needs to be !I will never return , I am only sorry for the amazing food and the hard work of the chef !!!!Your staff needs training !They brought main courses before the appetizers and the waiter didn’t even notices that ?Wow .We normally order special items in the menu but this time your waiters and managers didn’t care to please your guest .Train your staff or you loose lots of business .I must say the waitress server tried her best .but the evening was ruined . It was so simile ! The rule of bookings is : first come first served ! Especially when your client has a booking with special demand !You did not make it special !Sorry for the review .We used to love this place…6.15 PM on a Wednesday …

I celebrated my birthday at Dune, and it was a wonderful experience! When walking into Dune, there is a certain vibe that automatically draws you in. The music, the beauty, and the environment are captivating. From the first bite to the last bite, the flavors are exquisite and explode in your mouth. The GM, Steven, was incredibly gracious, and I felt that he truly welcomed me to the Dune family! The waitstaff, Diane, Anthony, and Frank, made me feel as comfortable as if I were eating at home! If you are in Fort Lauderdale, do not miss this restaurant! It is right on the beach, so request to sit outside. My overall experience was incredible!

My wife and I come to the bar often. Always been very happy with service and food. Last time we were there, we were told we didn't need reservations for bar lounge area. We came with guests and took a booth next to bar, and was told by Maitre D, (Camilla) table needed reservations. We then moved to a lounge area outside. After having a drink, the wind was a little too much for us. Waitress was able to get table inside. I really wish Maitre D would have offered an alternative table from start. Not very accommodating.....Our server at the table was great. Everyone enjoyed thier food. I had a problem with my Stone Crabs.....no remoulade. Was given mayo, instead. Never ate Stone Crabs without remoulade, ever.. Didn't enjoy it!

We had an early reservation. We waited and waited for service and there wasn't even alot of people there at our time of 530pm on a Sunday 3/3/24. The waiter was an older gentleman who seemed to have many years experience in industry but he was horrible. We had to have the manager order our 2nd drink, wine as the waiter never came to ask what we wanted to drink! The runners were horrible, hardly ever bringing water refills. We even had to get the manager to get our waiter and water refills. Based on service at this price level, we wont be going back. Outdoor patio had the sliding panels closed and you couldnt even see the ocean! We originally wanted to sit outside and they told us we had to have a reservation for outside patio and it wasnt even full! This place is a joke!! Fortunately the food was over the top and delicious! I think we would only consider ever eating here again unless we are sitting at the outdoor patio bar before they close the shutters! The salmon sushi and complimentary herb buttered bread was out of this world. The branzino was one of the best ever. The lobster spaghetti was amazing. Luckily we picked the right dishes. If they only had the right employees!Parking: parking free but tip encouraged
