It's been a while since I've been to this Dunkin', but I'm shocked to see such a low rating. It was pretty good the last two times I went.

Dunkin' Donuts coffee is hands down my favorite, especially when I visit the USA. Their coffee latte is simply unmatched—smooth, flavorful, and just the right amount of richness. I've tried Starbucks, but Dunkin’s latte wins every time for me. It's my go-to pick, and I never miss a chance to grab one whenever I'm in the States. Whether it's morning or mid-day, Dunkin’s coffee always hits the spot. No matter where I go, Dunkin’ Donuts coffee feels like a must-have treat!

This is seriously unacceptable. The bagel was so burnt I could barely bite into it and when I tried to call to make a complaint nobody answered. Seriously the worst experience. I’M STARVING.

Manager is literally locking the door so more customers don’t come in. This is insane. There are only 4 customers inside. She has herself and 2 workers also. Took 5 minutes for a smaller ice coffee

My empanada was initially served as cold as ice, But they kindly remade it, and it was quite nice. The hashbrowns, however, were stale, The churro iced macchiato was the sole item not to pale.

Absolutely terrible experience. I asked 3 different workers to clarify ingredients in one of their drinks as I have a severe allergy. They actually all laughed at my question and all stated that ingredient was not used. Two sips into my drink and I suffer an allergic reaction that resulted in seeking medical attention. I’ve called and emailed numerous times and they haven’t responded once or offered anything. Disgraceful and horrible franchise. Need to learn their menu before really hurting someone!!
Had to wait ten minutes for a coffee n asked for 15 sugar n they gave it to me without sugar

I'm in town for work, and I've been going to the nearest Dunkin' for 2 weeks , and my coffee has not been right. I thought it was a south Florida thing, not Cold brew ( maybe an espresso ice coffee blend) . Ventured a little further from my hotel and 2 times at this location, it was perfect! The young lady at the window remembered my name on 2nd visit and was so pleasant!

Went at 6:27 AM to get 2 dozen donuts for my class. The doors were locked. A nice young lady opened the door but the manager wouldn’t open the lobby even though, the lobby is supposed to be open at 6:00 AM. When I asked if she would open the lobby, she rudely told me no. I mentioned that the lobby should be open and she kept cutting me off to say that she wasn’t opening the lobby. She was extremely rude. An older lighter skinned black woman. If the lobby is supposed to be open at 6:00 AM, regardless of whatever pissy mood you’re in, the lobby needs to be open at 6:00 AM.
