Unsafe Food Practices & Disgusting Customer Service
I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Dunkin’. I ordered two croissant meal deals and was given bagels instead. When I went back, the manager told the cook to take the bacon, egg, and cheese off the bagels and put it onto croissants instead of making fresh food. I watched the pregnant cook use her bare hands to pull the food off the bagels. Completely unsanitary and unsafe. When I told the manager or who was acting “in charge” that was unacceptable, she got nasty and started insulting me right in front of everyone calling me “ugly” and “fat.” Other employees just stood there. This place has serious food safety issues and horrible customer service. Avoid this location the health department needs to inspect them ASAP. I will also be emailing regional and district managers and corporate, TODAY!

Usually a good place to grab food, but on 9/25/25 I was handed the wrong order. To make matters worse, the food was so cold I had to go heat it up at home, and the coffee was 60% water with 30% creamer and 10% sugar. I had to make coffee at home to add to my sugar water.

I want to give a big shoutout to Susie at the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 350 W Sunrise Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311. This morning I accidentally ordered the wrong thing while driving without my glasses, but when I got to the window, Susie was nothing but polite and gracious. She didn’t give me an attitude or make me feel bad for the mistake instead, she told me she totally understood and happily remade my coffee exactly how I wanted it. I went to the drive thru and the worker was rude, impatient and got my order wrong. I tried to clarify my order and she abruptly cut me off and tried to correct me only to mess up my order instead of waiting and listening. Had i not been in a rush i would’ve went inside to complain but instead i just threw away the worst drink ever. Total waste of money and horrible customer service experience. Do better Dunkin.
