I want to give a big shoutout to Susie at the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 350 W Sunrise Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311. This morning I accidentally ordered the wrong thing while driving without my glasses, but when I got to the window, Susie was nothing but polite and gracious. I’ve given this Dunkin’ Donuts location multiple chances, but today was the final straw. The manager, Veline, seems to be causing major issues for both the staff and overall operation. I understand that drive-thru efficiency metrics matter, but forcing guests to stop before the window—even when no one else is there—just to “catch up” is frustrating, especially when mobile orders placed well in advance still aren’t ready.
