I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage, no bacon and avocado toast no bacon. For some reason my receipt said avocado toast everything on it. That doesn't explain why my sandwich had not turkey but pork on it. I went back, asked for my order to be corrected I then get turkey and bacon. Had to sit outside for a third time to get the sandwich and toast right. They were polite and got my drink right the first time.

this place has gone downhill since the original crew left when they first started. I've been coming here since they opened and i can say the service and food is horrible. They don't have straws, you pay almost $3 for cream cheese and they don't even put the cream on the bagel the right way. The staff they have now is very unorganized and inconsistent with service. I will not be coming here anymore i don't care how convenient it is but i will take my business elsewhere. This location is horrible, do not waste your time going here.

WORST DD I’ve encountered. I live in the area and have tried to give it a chance plenty of times, but EVERY TIME is a disappointment. They rarely have food, they usually only have 2 kinds of donuts and they must be short staffed because for an iced coffee or tea it takes them about 10 min to make. It’s only drive-thru, no dinning room nor walk-up window, so I know I’m the only one who is there, or maybe another car in front of me. Terrible place.

Three days in a row now I’ve gone to this Dunkin at the same time around eight 8:30 AM and every day they don’t have the donuts that I asked for which first thing is Boston cream and then chocolate glazed, they only have the basic selection of frosted donuts, etc. Every day so far there’s been something wrong with the drink that I order. It seems like no one knows what a cold brew cold foam is or looks like, but knows what a macchiato is. Today I ordered the cold foam again in hopes third times the charm, to then be given a normal iced coffee. I told the register girl that it’s not a cold brew, and she turns around dumps out half the drink fills it up a little bit and puts cold foam on it, as if I wouldn’t know. If you’re a regular espresso, coffee drinker like me this taste like water with cold foam on it. Going to have to get another coffee from another store down the road. What a waste.

Been going to this location for almost 2 years and they're awesome. I will drive out of my way to this location bc I know they get my order right. The staff is patient and work quickly especially since it's such a small location. They're aware of the lack of space and do their best to come out, take orders and get the line moving. The sweetheart that walks the orders out is always smiling, asking about your day and wishing you great rest of your day. To the staff: thank you for being quick & making sure I'm not wasting $$ on wrong orders.

I've been to this Dunkin a few times and everytime I would go the person who works drive through would sigh everytime is said my order. It would take around 20 minutes to get my order. She was incredibly rude and would throw my money at me. I would order a coffee and she would make it wrong every single time. The only thing she made correctly would be my breakfast sandwich and refresher.
