Very popular in this corner, entrance to the service road of the Ft Lauderdale Airport, people from hotels use it very much, always fresh doughnut ?. Excellent ? and for all family members ❤️?
We were spending the night at the Homewood Suites next-door to this Dunkin’ Donuts. We popped in for a late afternoon, iced coffee and the service was fantastic. A sweet gal named Tocarra was working. She was very friendly-what a great crew member. This Dunkin’ is fortunate to have her!

The manager is rude, she lives in America and doesn't know what an Americano coffee is, she makes a bad face, I asked her to change my coffee with milk for an Americano which was what I ordered and she got upset and rudely served me in the same glass of the coffee with milk, and he tells me to order regular coffee next time, I only wanted an Americano, water and coffee. Give more training to the person in charge.
Another inconsistent dunkin that has a really bitter taste, even with extra cream and syrup added. They really need to fix the parking in this area as it is just a crush waiting to happen! The staff was okay, but it seems like an average location.

Simply came in for a pup cup (whipped cream in a small cup for your dog). Even after offering to pay since I wasn’t buying another coffee, I was told, “the manager won’t allow it.” After asking for clarity that they can’t put whipped cream in a cup for money, I was told, “we can do it, but they won’t allow it.”
Y’all are literally across the street from the humane society. This “manager” has permanently lost business.
