The food here is usually pretty good. Except the hash browns. There's a 80% chance they'll be cold or burnt.The service is usually good. Very friendly. The ladies are very polite and friendly. However when the black lady with the long black hair, is at the window, she's very rude. No eye contact and seems annoyed that she has to be there. Otherwise it's pretty good.

I’m not sure who the guy is that’s always there day and night but he’s very rude and disrespectful.. I’ve gone there numerous times and had an altercation with him twice .. he has no patience and got upset when my kids could not figure out what kind of donuts they wanted and told me to hurry up and why I’m taking long .. he also was speaking very vulgar ..

I used to come here all the time and it was amazing but lately their coffee has been horrible. I got donuts for my class and we all loved them but my coffee tasted sour and bitter. I ask ed for cream and saw them put the cream in so I don't know what happenedbut the service was amazing they were really nice. And the place was beautiful. So over all 2 stars but they were to nice so 3 stars
