I am literally just leaving this Dinkin Donuts. Between the staff and the ladies' restroom, NASTY! one employee working now, with her black and highlighted brownish gold or whatever call it braided extensions in hair. Her attitude 🙄 is so miserable! I feel sorry for people like her. I will never return this DD's ever again. The health department needs to be called there for the uncleanliness of that restroom, smh! And the fact that it wasn't busy and no one made an attempt to even go look, or even give an excuse or an apology for what was seen, just get upset for it being mentioned to them. They won't have to worry about me returning!

Incredible experience! I work at a corporate office and was in charge of getting 4 boxed coffe, 100 munchkins and two dozen assorted donuts. I placed an order online the the night before. (I even have conformation screen shots) i arrive (late btw so I was a little distraught and upset as it was) the order never made it to them. I don’t know what happened. I know trying to add my card the night before was a nightmare but it eventually worked. Now freaking out that I’m expected to show up with all these food and drinks and they don’t have this order. Well let me tell you how AMAZING Maha was. She calmly took my order and told me it would be no problem and it’s her pleasure to be able to help. She was so helpful and kind that I immediately was able to relax. Maha is the the type of person that you would want working for you. She was so patient and gracious with me and I’m grateful for that. I’m going to be writing into corporate on her behalf and I hope Dunkin recognizes her for it. Thank you again Maha you helped me out graciously!!
