They are VERY rude with students. They kick out customers even if they're eating, and the food isn't even that good.

I will never go to this location again after seeing how an elderly veteran using a cane was treated. This gentleman came in with his Dunkin Donut reusable mug and asked for a coffee refill , He was told no. After explaining that his understanding was when you purchased the mug, you got a free coffee, he was told this location does not participate in that. He said oh OK then I’ll just pay for the coffee. That he was told they couldn’t put the coffee in the mug. They would had to give him a cup, and he would have to transfer it to his mug himself. Then he said well since I’m paying for the coffee the sign says if you buy a coffee, you get a free doughnut can I get a donut, they explained to him you can only get a free donut if you use the app on your phone, being elderly and the internet not working on his phone, he was unable to access the app and didn’t wanna hold up the line t to which he then said it’s OK. I’ll just pay for my donut also. So they charged him for his coffee and donut and watched him struggle to pour the coffee into his own mug, he paid , thanked them and then left , upon reflection. I wish I would have just walked out and not given them any of my money. If this is the way this establishment treats the elderly and veterans, I will never go there again.

Woman behind the counter was very rude when I asked about dairy in the products. Then when she grabbed the donuts she completely handled them wrong. Putting dents in the side and smearing the icing. She looked real mad to be working there.

they made my breakfast sandwhich on the metal table, with no paper between the metal and the bread :( felt unsanitary

The food is always good. Plus it being kosher as well. But the service is always terrible most recent experience involved being ignored by the person behind the counter even after asking politely twice hello can anyone help me. After 7 minutes he walked over the three feet away he was and asked what my order was. After paying he threw my receipt at me and I walked away. The employee yelled “you can throw away your receipt boss!” I replied “nah you can do it “”boss”””. Tired of being treated so poorly at this location I won’t be going back.
I ordered a md hot pumpkin spice signature latte, and it has no whip cream, no cinnamon sugar and no caramel drizzle. It was supposed to come with it. Plus it only taste like bitter milk.

I was in the store for 20 minutes and had to leave 3:44 pm Tuesday 9/24 the boy who is supposed to be on front counter has been in the bathroom the whole time and not only that he was vaping in the store. the lady doing food had to tell him to stop smoking in the store and he wouldn’t listen. What kind of business is this where they let these children vape in a business establishment. The manager needs to do better or let him go that is not professional at all. The lady Samantha thank you for your help!!! Im so sorry you have to work with people like this.
