Worst location ever, my wife and I placed an order online, when I stepped in to pick it up lady was sitting down, she ignored me as I stood at the counter and then with an attitude walked up and asked `what you want. I told her I was picking up and she started making the Order by throwing things around, Including the food. I stayed silent until she walked by again saying it was going to be 20 minutes, to which I asked why she was sitting down then. She then started screaming at me and insulting me, she also accused me of being an Uber driver and that I had no right to speak. She got me to the point where I was done listening to her screaming at me and had to set her straight as to who I was and how you should work at a business, I grabbed my coffee and walked out telling her I wanted my food. They locked the door and called the cops, I had to wait and the cops made them give me my money back. Don't go here, hoodrat wannabe employees with no concept of what working is.

Nobody here cares about their job, terrible attitude across the board, one person basically threw the bag of food at me, the girl at the register was on her phone and got bothered when I asked her if she was ready to take my order.

Horrible customer service. Worker at the drive thru window had the biggest nastiest attitude. She messed up on the total and then had the audacity to get an attitude when I corrected her. Will never be coming to this location again. Manger needs to hire new employees who like their job. HIGHLY suggest you go to another location.

This place has no concept of customer service. I placed my order, went up to the window. Window opened up, scanned my app. and closed the window. Opened the window, gave me my order and closed the window. Not a single word was exchanged. At least not with me, the customer. They were having a full blown conversation amongst themselves but had no time for a thank you, have a nice day, nothing.

I always come in and ask for a Bacon egg and cheese on a croissant with the bacon crispy because they have a tendency to leave the bacon under cooked. It seems like they don’t listen or care or both because out of 10 times 1 time they got it right. So what I do is go home and microwave the bacon until it is fully cooked. FYI I definitely don’t recommend this Dunking donuts go the extra miles to the Dunking donuts on Pines blvd. They are a lot better and have a better attitude. They also had the nerve to say can you leave me a tip. I said this is your tip go to school and learn how to be a better person.

I went to this location because of the drive-thru option as I was with my kids. The entire order was wrong, which it was 2 donuts and 5 munchkins, ice coffee?? the lady at the window was so rude and I was with my kids, but she didn't care. She still gave me such a nasty attitude. I even went inside as I order an extra item at the window. As I went inside and mentioned that the order was wrong, she grabbed the bags and made a ball and threw into the garbage with the food still inside (I am still with my kids).. I get it that they don't pay as much to the staff but it was such a bad way to start your breakfast with the kiddos, so uncalled for.
