This location needs serious attention from management or corporate. The evening shift lacks basic customer service standards. Inventory: They are consistently sold out of donuts every night. The few leftovers are incredibly stale. Service: Staff is discourteous and makes you feel like a burden for ordering. Professionalism: Tonight, the employee refused to make eye contact or greet us because she was deep in a loud, inappropriate conversation with a friend. There was also a child behind the counter. It is disappointing to see such a lack of care. This Dunkin' needs better hiring practices and much better inventory management to provide a basic, acceptable level of service.

They close and lock the restrooms to the customers. I was a customer and asked for the restroom key. The employee told me, she didn't have the key. Terrible customer service!

Terrible dunkin place to order. I ordered a sandwich but cheese was cold which i dont mind. I would of prefere melted. What gets me moody is that customer service is terrible. They ignore you! They just laugh and pretend there is no one needing service. This crew needs to be changed to a crew that actually are willing to work. Just Saying...

This place is the worst the breakfast sandwiches are always burnt so of course they taste burnt. I go out of my way to go to the Silver Lakes location because they have their stuff together. Management and Customer service sucks also... Ive complained about wrong or burnt orders and all I get is a shrug.
What do you do expect it's Dunkin' Donuts, everything small and overpriced.

I bought coffee in Deerfield beach and asked for coffee and cream only but they added sugar. As a diabetic and far home the area, I couldn't go back and no phone number posted to call. I stopped at this location and they were the nicest people and changed the coffee for me despite being different entities. I highly recommend this location.
