Ordered 10 powder munchkins and this is what I received. I understand inflation is bad but then imagine what’s it’s like for the customer when this what they receive. Very disappointing.

I come back often. The service is good. But the service is pretty bad. Why buy a nice donut if they treat them like this? The person who loaded them threw them in a bag, and the cream melted on the outside. The sandwich was terrible. They took too long to give me a regular coffee. Disgusting.
Usually come here and it’s always top notch service! From morning crew to afternoon crew everyone does their job well and always smile! I have been to quite a few locations and usually for the sandwiches the cheese isn’t melted but this was toasted to perfection just like every time I come here! Coffee is always made right as well!

The regular hours say they open 4 am, I came by 4:30 am and it was still closed.
Davelyne should be FIRED! I believe she works at the drive thru window she made me wait 10mins at the window, then finally I got my food which btw was only one sandwich, I then asked if I can simply add 2 donuts to my order because I knew those were quick to get and she gave me the biggest attitude yelled at me and told me no. Is this not a place of business do you all not wanna make money or are y’all happy with throwing away money??
The team is professional. The restaurant is neat. The restrooms are clean. There is soap for handwashing.
Went to the drive thru today. Ordered the special bagel with bacon, egg,. Got a croissant, hash browns were hard and over cooked. Coffee I ordered 6 sugars. Coffee had no sugar. I experienced bad service here before. That's what made me stop going. I was there every morning like clock work. My wife talk me into going back. Never go back there again

It's 950am and the drive thru line isn't moving but keeps growing.
The service here has rapidly declined since this mini-Dunkin has opened and they don't even have munchkins to sell at 10am!
I don't see any of the familiar faces who kept good stock and service.
Perhaps this Dunkin is under new-poor ownership.

These were the freshest donuts I have EVER had in my 41 years here in Florida. I just moved here a month ago and I will be coming back all the time. The customer service was great as well. Davelyne was so sweet and made sure all of the donuts I wanted were available. The softest most delicious donuts, it was like biting into a cloud as a tear of happiness rolled down my cheek. I really enjoyed my breakfast and can't wait to try everything from this Dunkin. Thank you so much for making my anniversary and Easter the best!
Was the only person in drive thru line for 15 minutes. I left just to come to find out the worker was lean on the counters just chatting with a friend straight garbage. Today at this time

Today I arrived at the store that was supposed to have been open since 4 am. It was already 4:10 and when I passed through the drive, no one answered me, I drove to see if there was anyone inside and the lady told me with a bad attitude that it is not ready yet and that if I want something I have to wait. I was waiting 10 minutes for them to take my order, another 10 I waited for 2 things and when I received my order they had made it wrong. It is not the first time I have had problems with this location, but it does seem like a lack of respect for customers

On December 12, at 07:56 am, I made an online order while in the line. The guy working outside, who I usually encounter asked me to wait until the line moved and I reached the orange clearance sign before going to the "mobile order" side because they are backed up. I can understand that sometimes things can be overbearing. After keeping a mental note of who was in front of me, I pulled to the "mobile order" side where there was a car that I saw when I first entered the parking lot that hadn't received their items yet. After watching the two cars that were behind me originally in the main line receive their order, I finally received mine at 8:16. The funny thing is, this has been going on for me since Thanksgiving. I know, part of it is me keep coming back for the same punishment when I should already know what to expect, but I still haven't figured out the purpose of mobile ordering when you can just order in real time and receive your items way faster. I think I will have to take a long break from this place because I think me and wife spend way too much on these products just to deal with this everyday.
