Very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. I don’t even eat donuts, and I had no idea they were being given out for free until they were handed to me with my order. When I didn’t leave a tip, the cashier actually said “No tip?!” out loud, which was already unprofessional. Then I noticed I was charged for the donuts that were supposed to be free. On top of that, my coffee wasn’t even made correctly. Customers should never be pressured or shamed into tipping, and they certainly shouldn’t be charged for something they didn’t ask for.

I asked for a hot green tea with sugar and a plain bagel toasted with butter. They got my tea right but the bagel was sooo hard it wasn’t edible at all. I truly can knock someone out with it. I try calling and no body answers. It’s pretty obvious when the bagels go stale (as I knew something was wrong when I got home and grabbed it out of the bag) and they felt that it was necessary to serve stale food to a customer. I JUST got over food poisoning and this was the first thing I wanted to eat and this is what I got. Disgusting.

Staff is great I especially love seeing my girl Lexi in the mornings but today I paid nearly 6 dollars for the milkiest matcha (even after I requested extra matcha to avoid a milked down drink) it’s disappointing considering the matchas used to actually be green greeen not milk color with a touch of green.

First time I could sit outside with out homeless people sitting at their table outside. It was really relaxing. Usually there are crazy homeless all about eating garbage from the trash can or screaming like lunatics out on the street. This is not happening all the time but pretty frequently .
