Very pleasant and professional staff. They are seen frequently washing their hands and clearly understand WHY you wear gloves!
The coffees we ordered were full of ice to the brim and had a weak taste, when we pointed it out to the employee we were met with attitude and zero efforts to correct the situation, instead he claimed we were giving him a hard time and was bad mouthing us to other customers, he said why didn’t we want to go to a different dunkin, and that he makes all coffees the same and this was the first complaint. I asked for an empty cup and he wanted to charge me two munchkins, so 90 something cents. If dunkin wanted to charge its customers for an empty cup, then they'd have a button in their system to do so, thieves. It seems people just want to show up to places and expect to get a paycheck for disappointing customers, giving poor service and attitude.
