My wife and I stopped at this Dunkin Donuts for the first time ever on a Saturday. When we arrived we noticed the drive through line was long. My wife decided to order through the app for Mobil pickup inside. My wife went inside the store to wait for the food while I parked our vehicle. Once inside my wife noticed 3 employees, but 2 of them were clocking out of work and walked out the store shortly after leaving 1 employee in the entire store. Mind you it was 12 noon, there was a line of about 10 cars and other people lingering out front of the store ( not sure if they were patrons of the store or just loitering). My wife was then told to wait in her car outside and the food would be brought outside to us. We waited for 15/20 minutes. I then decided to go into the store to find out what was happening. I attempted to walk into the store to talk to the 1 employee working, but the door was locked. (There was no “closed” sign posted). I could not enter the store so I was forced to wait outside. Finally after a couple of more minutes (almost 30 minutes) the female employee came out and handed my wife the food at our vehicle. I checked the food in the bag and noticed we were missing part of our order. As the female employee walked away I tried to get her attention but she had an air pod in her ear and was talking to another person (talking on her personal phone while working). I had to follow her back towards the store and I raised my voice a little to get her attention and notify her of the error. She walked into the store and handed me a donut. No apology or anything. My sandwich I ordered was burned, my wife’s Bagel bites were raw and were the wrong type. Overall I had a horrible experience at this DD

There was nobody there and they took over 10 minutes to make my coffee which in other locations would take like 2 minutes tops. When the gentleman came to the drive thru window he was on his phone.

Tonight I pulled into dunkin at 7:41 pm. They do not close until 8. I drove around to the drive thru and no one answered. I drove back around you go inside to find all lights were shut off 7:45 pm with a customer inside. The gentleman came to the door and said they close 15 mins early per corporate to clean. As mentioned all lights were out and the lady said she was inside and he shut off the lights on her while in the building. How does one clean up in the dark? Unacceptable customer service levels

My car was hit on November 20, 2025 while parked at Dunkin 1450 West Broward Blvd Fort Lauderdale Fl .The hit and run was over $2300.00 in damage. I got no assistance from manager Robert Gordon in obtaining video footage of the hit & run. I was told a month after requesting video footage that the police department needed to make the request for the video. I spoke with the police officer who agreed to send the request. Since then all my emails to Robert Gordon has been ignored so I cannot confirm that Dunkin received the police officer's request for the camera footage. This has been handled by Dunkin with no sense of urgency and care.

Horrible service, staff is extremely HOSTILE,RUDE, and AGGRESSIVE..one person a female in particular overly aggressive with both staff and customers, the entire store is unorganized and very chaotic leaving patrons standing in line for 15-30min slamming things like empty cups on the counter… it’s an experience unlike anything I have ever experienced at any other Dunkin’ Donuts chain store.. if I were not picking up a delivery order I would not patronize this location.

I ordered an iced coffee and a doughnut. They never gave me my doughnut even though I paid for it. I even went inside. I was visibly pregnant at the time, and that’s messed up to forget a pregnant person’s order.
Please be careful at this location. I got targeted and followed. I was visiting the nearby park which has no restroom. I walked to this Dunkin Donuts to use their bathroom. I was walking back to the park when a man I saw sitting on the drive thru curb came up behind me. He followed me back to the park. He was being overly friendly and trying to reassure me there wasn’t any danger here. He wasn’t going to leave me alone at that point. I was meeting my boyfriend soon after this started, and I made it back to my boyfriend’s car safely.
The guy that followed me seems to know this area very well and frequents it. He was hanging out at this Dunkin location when he targeted and followed me. I don’t remember the guy’s name. He had dark hair and was average height. He wore gray sweatpants and a blue shirt. He was an older man, probably in his 40s-50s. He had a dark spot on his face.

Terrible location. Everytime you go in the afternoon they have 0 donuts and this has happened several times. The employees are rude and the location is filthy. Do not go here.

I really need to stop coming to this location but its convenient from my home. Service is always slow. Today I ordered the cookie butter latte, the bacon avocado toast, and ham & Swiss croissant. Correct me if I'm wrong but is it suppose to look like this? Burnt? I would've said something but I drove off before I looked and had to get to work

Jacynta, the cashier, was absolutely horrible. Please find someone else to do the work at Dunkin because there are more deserving people who need a job. She was absolutely rude about my order just because I ordered a bit more. Which is why I went inside the dunkin instead of the drive thru.
