I’ve had a disappointing experience with the curbside pickup at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. This is now the fifth time I’ve placed a curbside order and waited for over 15 minutes without anyone bringing my order out. I have a small child in the car, so the whole point of curbside pickup is to avoid getting out. Unfortunately, each time, I’ve had to get out of the car and go inside to retrieve my order. When I mention the delay to the staff, there’s little to no acknowledgment or care. It’s really disappointing and defeats the purpose of the service. I hope they can improve this in the future.

I'm here a few times a week and it's great Dunkin Donuts. The staff are kind and quick and my coffee is always just right.
Kadyla was amazing as a manager. Great customer service and always greets you with a smile. I love the atmosphere and the attention to detail. My coffee is always amazing. This is the best Dunkin. Winnie is also very helpful and kind.

Horrible treatment by the manager of the harassed employees. She yells at them in front of the customers. It made me feel so sorry for them. At the same time, she sits at a table like a queen, yelling at them from that position.
