TERRIBLE! they don't show the prices of the donuts ANYWHERE, so they quote you random numbers, you have no idea what you're paying for! The manager (Reta I think he said his name was) was EXTREMELY rude and said it's nothing to do with him, head office sets out the electronic menu displays. Just the rudeness, no apologies, nothing. How can you be running a DONUT SHOP and not have the prices of donuts DISPLAYED ANYWHERE! I have no idea if they charged me the correct prices - but it's a disgrace. I called the head office and they said this is an independently owned franchise. They said they'd notify the owner (which was most likely the person I dealt with), but all I know is, if he'd been nice about it and apologetic, I wouldn't be giving them 1 stars. It's not the mistake you remember, it's how they treat you to fix the mistake and just being rude to me is NOT any way to make the customer feel valued! Shame on you

SERVICE - 0. What a disappointment!

I walked into a beautiful display of yummy looking donuts. I said hello to the staff member behind the display and she ignored me, picked up a donut and walked away. I realized she was probably busy with another order so I then stood in front of the register waiting to give my order.

I was the only customer in line at the time and while waiting I counted 6 staff behind the counter plus a manager who was counting cash at the register next to the one in front of me.
They were walking around behind the display. Some chatting to each other. Another one just standing there looking bored. And one was assisting the customer at the drive thru window.

I waited a full 5 minutes with not one of them asking if they could help me. At this point I then decided to leave and walked out.

I sincerely hope the management at this store works on training staff on service. It is obviously very much needed.

For now, this store has lost a customer for life. I won't be back.

You need to replace the speaker in the drive thru line. I went to the window because I could not understand the lady taking our order even though they just replaced it. The new one is worse. My friend who is disabled and in a wheelchair have this conversation every time we go. Than we get to the window to give our order and the lady refused to take our order and said if I don't leave she will call a tow truck. Honestly. Than accused my friend of being a liar. She said it so quick. That's the problem with society today nobody has any respect. shame on you Dunkin.

This Dunkin is getting worst and worst every day.
I live right around the corner and I come here every other week. Their intercom never works causing major frustration when ordering. It will literally shut off while they repeat your order. Ordered $25 worth of food, didn’t put any sugar in any of my coffees, one of them was supposed to be decaf, they put original, so I can’t drink it. Really disappointed
This place needs a new manager to shake things up.

I ordered a sandwich and a snackin bacon the other day. They literally put three pieces of bacon in the bag. The following day I went to a different location nearby and ordered the exact same thing, completely opposite experience. I should’ve taken pictures. I’m definitely NEVER coming back to this location. Don’t get me started with the attitude of the staff. That’s a whole other story.

I am done with this place.. Tired of waiting in line for long periods of time for nothing.. Even when I am the first one there in the morning they make you wait.. Might as well and shut this place down.. It's out dated and old.. Not coming back to this dump..

The cashier was in a hurry and with a bad attitude, I asked for a coffee and she told me that I didn't have any, they should train the employees more to provide good service, the cheese on the sandwich was not melted, everything is damned.
