Wish i could give zero stars. I went inside store with my 2 children (2 and 3 years old). It took 10 minutes for the employee to acknowledge us. Didn’t say hello or please wait. Had us standing there. My child needed the rest room. He claimed it was broken. They had another bathroom for the or the employees and he refused to let us use it. Very rude. When we finally got the donuts and left and ate them the donuts were completely stale. They tasted like they were from the day before. Will never go back here

Hours state that they're open till 8:00 p.m. on weekdays. The door is locked.
Went through the drive-thru and the attendant was stating that they only had coffee, No espresso drinks at 7:30 pm.
- If you're open you should have the full menu.

The restroom looks like a warzone, like a truck stop bathroom in the middle of nowhere. Least favorite Dunkin in the area. The service is bad, the food is wrong everytime I order.

Refused service at 7:45pm at drive thru . Worker said they are closed . They need to change signs on door and website to 745pm not 8pm
This place sucks!!!!! Reda the manager is super rude he rushes you while ordering . I better a dirty match and this is the only place that gives me problems with this drink I will not be going back poor customer service

I purchased 2 large caramel expresso lattes everything went smoothly, I return to the register where I asked the manager Jabrea /JarBria for a cup of water she said okay , and proceeded to help everyone but me. She made eye contact serval more times before she, she stated she need to get off the clock she then said bye to her co workers. I still was standing there without anyone servicing me. She could have simply told the next cashier what I was waiting for. I asked the gentleman at the register for some water and her name and he gave me her name and the water as I’m writing this review she came up to my table to confront me about asking her co workers for her name and when I said yes I did she restated her name rolled her eyes and stormed off she isn’t professional at all!! I don’t recommend interactions with her. The name on my order is coco my total cost was only $12.02 if you want to verify my purchase. I will be escalating this matter to corporate because coming to confront a customer is very serious and a very dangerous matter all over asking for her name when she as a manager should be leasing by example of wearing a name tag.

WOW! They’ve gotten so much better! I wrote a review about this location a year ago, and said that they should just close this because it was so bad. The new owner or manager is AWESOME! Super efficient, super nice - it’s a literal 180 turn around! Food is hot, super quick, drinks are great and not over-sweetened. I live in the neighborhood and work from home so I pop often and it used to be such a nightmare. Keep it up you guys, doing a great job!!!
Fact the Owner Needs To come Here And Experience the problems on its own to be honest he needs to come in as a customer without the staff knowing and just see what's it's like to come here on a daily basic and get rude customer service or slow service and yes I understand that it may be a lot of orders but you gotta have the spirit to work in that field fast paste, always smiling because customer are always right you gotta respect those who come to shop because it's not your money you losing your losing the company's money and no business owner wants to be taking losses just because a employee wants everyone to have a bad day! Cmon guhs get it together if you don't want the job don't come or apply to the jobs I'm pretty sure these individuals who actually will work and get the job done!

My experience at this location is typically poor. I usually use the drive thru and the customer service is horrible. They rush you to order, make you back up to trick their counting device, and aren’t the friendliest. Today was even worse as my daughter found plastic/paper in her sandwich.

The service at this Dunkin' was terrible. The staff treated us reluctantly, unwilling to help, and we felt discriminated against simply for not speaking English. The service was lacking in respect or kindness, which leaves a very bad experience for any customer. They should definitely train their staff better in customer service and respect for all people, regardless of their language.

It’s second time I’m stopping at this place hoping for better service. But NO! Nobody care about you there. Even no line, they keep you waiting 5-10 minutes just to take order. Manager is screaming at people in front of customers. And what’s weird, they don’t operate Apple Pay, they are taking physically your phone to make a payment. Just avoid this place
