So I'm about to order a drink but decide to use the restroom before I ordered. Go in the restroom, the toilet isn't flushed. I try and flush it, it backs up. I let the lady at the counter know the the toilet wasn't flushing. She gives me this weird blank stare and then says that restroom was out of order. But yet the door was open for customers to use it???? Idk, I just left. They probably don't wash their hands. Will try extra hard not to order anything from here. You should of seen the stare she gave me. Disgusting. Maybe she was the one that left the poo in the toilet and the door open so Everyone can go in there and realize the toilets clogged. I'm So over it!!!

Tuesday april 2nd. 5:00 p.m. girls inside ignore customers and when I ask why they took 3 cars before they took my order they continued to ignore me and the 2 customers behind me. When I requested names they wouldn't give them to me.

The first time I met such a disgusting service. A lady, the employee, spoke on the phone instead of serving visitors. When the line of four people gathered, and one of the visitors asked this lady where to order, she started yelling at everyone. She yelled that we were all standing in the wrong place. She talked about me and my husband in the third person, that we think for a long time and can not decide. We waited patiently for the opportunity to order, but instead of taking the order, the guy, the employee, turned around and went off to do other things. We didn’t wait until we were served and left. Another visitor left with us. It is not allowed to yell at visitors, it is not allowed to be so rude. There was previously a good opinion about Dunkin’. Next time I prefer Starbucks. Save your nerves! I do not recommend!

You know exactly what you’re going to get with Dunkin — it will never win awards, but it gets the job done consistently.The team at this location is absolutely stellar, and kept an entire neighborhood going during COVID — their positive energy and friendly faces make any day better.

Its hit or miss on food.Guy lied about half n half in coffee after i asked if he had heard me since i repeated it twice and he said something different. Reasssured me at window...but lied instead.The women are always nice!

go to any other Dunkin location. the staff was rude and they were out of half of their menu. I did a Mobil order arrived and half of the order was unavailable at this location. the staff offered me anything else on the menu but everything I asked for was also unavailable. they laughed everytime I tried to order something else. they were also unable to provide a refund or gift card at the store.

I have been coming here for years. The service was never great, but I’m done spending money here. This morning the woman taking my order at the drive thru didn’t add one of my food items to the order, which is normal people are people, but when I went in nicely to see if they had it the person who took my order just said she didn’t hear it and looked at me dirty. It was not on my receipt once I checked, but it was the main part of my order and was definitely conformed by her when I ordered it. I was willing to re order but it didn’t feel welcomed, and I definitely didn’t feel welcomed to ask them to correct the second issue with my order so I just walked out. I’ve worked in customer service for 2 years and never once gave my customers such a dirty look, no matter if they were right or wrong or how they treated me. Small business would be out of business if they had the same customer service as Dunkin' so if others have had this issue I would recommend spending your money at smaller local cafés.

This was a bad experience. Rude and aggressive attendant. I definitely advise you never go there. You will have a bad experience. Bad attention. The person who helped me was rude and aggressive. They have the site open but not everything works. Closed bathroom. Definitely a bad experience. Stay away from this place.

If I could leave a Negative amount of stars, that would be for this establishment. The staff here is so rude and disrespectful and unfriendly. Never had I been treated by a so-called manager or seen the way she treated her staff empowering them to speak rudely to a customer. I have lived around the corner from this location for years and come here almost daily, grabbed for my self and my staff and spent at-least weekly over $150. It's ashamed a few bad eggs have now changed my mindset and I will never go to this establishment again. Terrible leadership and horrible service. The lack of my business won't impact the already bad service, but maybe some folks will agree that convenience shouldn't be an excuse for sh*t attitudes, excuses for bad orders and disrespect. Especially in front of our youth and young adults. I'm appalled, just disappointed that this person on a Sunday would be recognized as a manger of a world wide brand and act like that. If you want to know leadership, I was in the military for 20yrs, I've seen better from day 1 privates.
