Are they closing this location? I've getting my bags of whole bean coffee and bagels from this location for years, but in the past few months they haven't had either in stock. All they have are bags of ground decaf. I'm also starting to suspect that they're serving decaf to customers because the last few cups I ordered tasted watered down. The once friendly staff seems to have jumped ship leaving only the cranky, defeated ones behind. It's not like a huge corporation like DD to leave shelves unstocked and let other products run out, which leads me to believe this location is probably shutting down soon.

1:30 in the afternoon I asked for a chicken wrap got to the window told me they didn’t have it. I asked for something else waited 15 minutes in the window when they gave it to me not even what I ordered. Very bad service. Very rude.

Just save your time and go to another DD. The service is horrible, even if you order through the mobile app. They never have the donuts you want. They are mad just because you are a customer. I live 30 seconds away from there, but I’m always going to drive somewhere else to order donuts.

Love the coffee and service, food tastes good but I know it’s processed food.
I ordered eggs and cheese on the croissant today. But they got me what I wasn’t ordered. I told them I got the details and they said wait for them on the front and yelling at me I was waiting on the wrong spot.

I went there about 12:15ish on my break. I parked and I saw the lady at the front counter through the window go in the back. I waited almost 10 minutes for her to come out the back, meanwhile I hear her talking to someone and another worker was sitting on his phone in the dining room. I said screw it and left, got to the truck and looked in the window to find the lady miraculously came out of the back once I left. I know people have a “minumum wage minimum effort” mindset, but if you don’t wanna work just go home.

The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. Always a smile on their face despite what seems like not the best working conditions. Unfortunately management has decided it’s not important to keep items in stock. Multiple times they’ve been “out” of hash browns. I put it in quotations because it seems like a ploy to not let folks take advantage of the $6 meal that is advertised. My sandwich and medium drink comes out to $11 when the hash browns are not available. I will not be coming back to this location and I urge everyone to stay away. I hope their corporate office investigates these fraudulent practices as it almost feels like bait and switch and false advertising.

Been comin here for years its getting worse… today they told me there only selling large and extra large… the cashiers are always extra rude… today when I pulled up to the window the same persons making the food was also eating … I can tell the management’s doesn’t care about what the employees do
