I went there about 12:15ish on my break. I parked and I saw the lady at the front counter through the window go in the back. I waited almost 10 minutes for her to come out the back, meanwhile I hear her talking to someone and another worker was sitting on his phone in the dining room. I said screw it and left, got to the truck and looked in the window to find the lady miraculously came out of the back once I left. I know people have a “minumum wage minimum effort” mindset, but if you don’t wanna work just go home.

The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. Always a smile on their face despite what seems like not the best working conditions. Unfortunately management has decided it’s not important to keep items in stock. Multiple times they’ve been “out” of hash browns. I put it in quotations because it seems like a ploy to not let folks take advantage of the $6 meal that is advertised. My sandwich and medium drink comes out to $11 when the hash browns are not available. I will not be coming back to this location and I urge everyone to stay away. I hope their corporate office investigates these fraudulent practices as it almost feels like bait and switch and false advertising.

Been comin here for years its getting worse… today they told me there only selling large and extra large… the cashiers are always extra rude… today when I pulled up to the window the same persons making the food was also eating … I can tell the management’s doesn’t care about what the employees do

Today, 10th October, 2024, I’d like to update my post to help the staff assigned to make avocado toast. Toast the bread completely on both sides. When the bread is not toasted it is difficult to bite a piece of it. Please don’t take offense. The customers are paying for your service. Can you put the ‘toast’ in avocado toast please? Thank you for all your hard work. It is appreciated.
