Eddie V's Prime Seafood

I had a very good dining experience at Eddie V's in Fort Lauderdale. The service, ambience, and overall value were outstanding, and the atmosphere was enjoyable with a moderate noise level. The food was good, though not exceptional, but the excellent service and beautiful setting definitely elevated the evening. Overall, a great place.

Service was stellar, food was exceptional. Next time we might eat in the dining rather than al fresco. Las Olas was bumping that evening

We love Eddie V’s, especially the Las Olas location. Food is consistently great and the service is impeccable. Alev is one of the warmest people we’ve met and Christian and John behind the bar are amazing as well. The happy hour is one of the best in Las Olas!

We recently hosted a private surprise dinner party for 52 guests at Eddie V’s - FLL for my husband’s birthday, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The service was truly five-star, and the entire evening exceeded our expectations.

A huge thank you to Laura and Haley for their outstanding coordination — they were knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. Every detail was handled with such care, from the menu planning to the flawless execution the night of the event.

Our guests were impressed, my husband was genuinely surprised, and the atmosphere, food, and service were all exceptional. This celebration was truly memorable thanks to the amazing team at Eddie V’s -FLL. I highly recommend them for any special occasion!

I absolutely love Eddie V’s...but this review isn’t about the food or the atmosphere. It’s about the best server/host I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting: Julian.

If I could start a petition for Eddie V’s corporate team to have Julian train every single staff member on how to deliver the experience he gave us last night, I’m confident I’d collect hundreds, if not thousands, of signatures.

Julian went above and beyond our expectations. He explained everything with such passion and detail that we couldn’t say no to any of his recommendations. His service truly elevated our entire evening.

To management: if you’re reading this, consider yourselves incredibly lucky to have someone like Julian on your team. I genuinely hope you recognize what a gem he is—he’s absolutely amazing!

My friends and I had a wonderful experience at Eddie’s Vs while celebrating my birthday.

We were served by Juliana, young lady from Brazil who was amazing and made the evening memorable. The manager Alev was also amazing and very funny. Both were attentive and their familiarity and knowledge of with the menu was impeccable. We were beyond impressed.
Every part of the experience was amazing. I look forward to visiting again to not just celebrate a birthday but just to celebrate life.

Simply the best restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. The food is exquisite coupled with the most extraordinary service. It all starts with the wonderful ladies at reception. The bar tenders are amongst the best.

One of our favorite places to eat in Fort Lauderdale! We come here for all our celebrations. Honesty, I don't know where to start to leave a great review. The yellowtail sashimi was extraordinary, the new add one spicy tuna rice is delicious. The food comes out really fast! You don't have to sit on more than 15 mins waiting for your food. This restaurant is sets the bar really high!

It was good until the valet worker named Deryl completely ruined it. Service was beyond unprofessional and his attitude towards his employees. Constantly using slurs to joke around, it's completely disgusting and I wont be returning until he's gone!

I highly recommend coming here. My boyfriend and I came here for dinner and I was blown away. My server was Jose, And let me just tell you his service was nothing short of amazingly excellent. I found myself many times during the meal service saying to myself that I am incredibly impressed. Jose was so knowledgeable and friendly and attentive. It has been a really long time since I’ve had service this good. The food also was amazing. My steak was cooked a perfect perfection, The crab fried rice was to die for, And the jumbo shrimp Literally knocked my socks off. I swear I’m not exaggerating, Go find out for yourself!

As a frequent diner at Eddie V’s, this past weekend I had one of the best tasting dinners I’ve ever had with them. The lobster and ribeye were absolutely incredible. HOWEVER, they don’t enforce any kind of dress code even though they have display one. For a place that’s in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the county and charges what they charge for their food it’s disturbing to see the attire worn in the dining room… Great food and service not a classy joint. Also, even with reservations, the hostess area is a disaster.
