Liver wurst sandwich was delicious, however, the pastry needs a little improvement, it tasted like unfiltered water.

As someone originally from Austria, one of the things I’ve missed the most is real, authentic “Schwarzbrot”—that hearty, crusty European bread you just can’t find in most American bakeries. I’m SO glad I finally found Edelweiss European Bakery! This place is an absolute gem. The country bread, pretzels, rolls—literally everything is delicious and tastes just like home. You can tell it’s made with love and tradition. If you’re looking for true European-style bread and baked goods in Fort Lauderdale, this is the place to go. Thank you, Edelweiss, for bringing a piece of Austria to Florida! 🥖🇦🇹

If youre missing Germany/Bavaria then definitely visit. If youre open to different foods then definitely visit. We had the continental breakfast that we miss so much and it not only filled our soul but was delicious. German brot is just superior. Great little bakery and café. I wish it was near home.

What a hidden treasure this is. Superb fresh baked bread, savory sauerkraut and perfectly cooked bratwurst...this place has lots to offer hidden behind an unassuming storefront.

I had the Kaese Spaetzle with a House Salad and LOVED it. They added bacon for me and brought bread for the table which made for a fantastic lunch. I also tried one of their jelly donuts which was better than anything I've gotten in a long time. Plenty of seating with very friendly staff. I would highly recommend checking this place out!

We have been buying bread for over 20 years but with the new owner the quality of the bread changes sadly we have to go somewhere else since we complain ed and nothing changes. You save money on the materials you lose customers

Stopped by for a coffee, very simple place but special. Reminds a little bit Germany with good coffee and variety of German style Breads. The service is nice and staff very friendly, you fell receiving a VIP service. They offer deli food from Germany and special cakes.

This is a perfect place for breakfast. It has multiple kinds of bread, sandwiches, and German cookies. They also serve hot and strong coffee.
