The employees look very unhappy. We ordered turkey, bacon avocado sandwiches. The problem with ordering from the kiosk is that when you pick up your food and it isn't exactly what you wanted you're screwed because you already paid for it. That's what happened to us. No avocado and they made a stink about compensating us what should be a difference in price. I only asked for a cookie. I got a loaded no. My mocktail was super sweet so I went to ask for extra ice to try and water it down. If looks could kill from an attendant I would be dead...but I got the ice! The sandwich was decent but the avocado would have gone a long way to moisten the bagel. It's rare to find good airport food, but it does exist. Just not at the Ft. Lauderdale airport.

Menu shows they have espresso drinks, but when you get to the counter they tell you they don’t. I don’t think it was just today bc it seems they don’t even have a machine.
Why pre-order if you have to wait longer and the order isn't even correct? Take some lessons from Starbucks & Chick-fil-a.
Rude staff that couldn't work slower if their tried and give you an attitude as soon as you get to the front of the line to place your order. If you hate your job so much, you shouldn't be working here. Experience occured on 6/20/25 at 4:55PM.

Terrible iced chai tea. Tasted awful. 😢
Yah I’m gonna keep it short they kept the line waiting 10 mins after opening cause they weren’t finished with putting food into the shelves. And as someone who works in the food industry yah they suck. Not to mention they didn’t tell people to order at the kiosk and people were being skipped. The kiosk ordering opens at 5am and people were already ordering while there was people waiting in for 30mins. The cashier is showing clear frustration how about you do your job right like organizing the lines and not having the order line with the pick up line. Thanks
No way to refuse to tip on takeout---I had to tip for a $3 takeout bagel. The utensils, butter and cream cheese was nowhere to be found. Overall a unsatisfactory experience and I left feeling robbed.

Six cheese bagel! Yum. And brisket TX style yum! For a mostly vegetarian person this intrigued me. So I got one. It was a total of $9.78 for the TX brisket breakfast bagel sandwich with 1 egg and which included $1 tip for the cashier who took my order bc she was very friendly and sweet.. I can’t say the same for the lady who gave me the bagel however who was not nice or friendly at all and gave me a dirty look when I couldn’t hear her small mouse voice calling out my name when the bagel was ready (it’s a busy and loud airport with a ton of ppl talking on line and in the seats). So the bagel and brisket and egg (which was mostly egg whites which I loved and pre-made into a slab of omelette style for fast food bagels) came out hot which was great. Then I opened the sandwich to see so little brisket. It was good meat and not just fat parts but so little of it and compared to the picture it was no way near what the picture looked like which drew me to buy it. And the 6 cheese part was amazing. Lots of cheese and some of it mounded on thick that it was chewy and like having cheese on pizza in some parts. But the bagel was weird. It was like a soggy frozen bagel from the supermarket and not the typical chewy bagel Einstein is known for. And the bottom had no cheese (I wasn’t expecting it) but it didn’t look like a bagel. It was more like a piece of low quality and soggy flat bread. So I don’t know if it’s bc of the egg and cheese and brisket that it made the bread soggy but either I will ask for it to be extra toasted or just get a toasted bagel with cream cheese next time. The great thing is it’s open at 5am even on a Saturday morning! So it’s the only hot food open at Terminal 4 so it’s a Long line which goes fast enough.
Great fresh food!
The bagel sandwich was great and the blueberry muffin was just the normal size
With a normal price
Kiosk was easy to understand and prices were reasonable
Fairly quick service
Organized
DO NOT EAT HERE. You will regret it. Food is undercooked and I am highly suspicious of them not storing food properly in their storage area. Something concerning is going on with the refrigeration and cooking if the food.
Employees sound angry and have no patience
I ended up getting an asiago bagel with chive cream cheese. Would have gotten an actual sandwich like I wanted however it seems that none of that was available! No coffees no sandwiches just bagels. Kind of disappointing however the employee working was so very nice and had my bagel out to me very fast.
Painfully S-L-O-W
