I came here once it was ok got my bagel place had a weird smell w.e bagel was ok team members really getto. Second time going same stink smell this time my bagel was super old and hard when i got to work it was too late to go back had to throw it away it was unedible never coming back here i thought this was a great bagel spot but truly it sucks.

We come here every Saturday morning and get the farmhouse scramble on a jalapeno Cheddar bagel and we're absolutely addicted!! It's That peppered country shmear...ahh amaaaazing. We love this location although the bathroom could use a good deep clean....

Serving old bagels, out of fresh coffee, place is going downhill quick. Not for lack of employees. There were 5 working. What's shame. Used to love this place!

Food was ok. I've had the bagel with cream cheese and salmon twice now in the last 3 weeks. I ordered today on Uber eats and this location puts a "sealed for your protection sticker" on the bag but did not take the time to stick the sticker to the bag properly. They're probably rushing, but what's the point in putting a sticker on the bag if it's basically decoration. Bad omen to start. Also a small piece of the salmon that was on the bagel I had to cut and throw away because it was brown. I wouldn't even of wrote this review if y'all would of sealed my bag. Thanks I guess.

Can't complain about the food per say....hard to screw up a bagel with cream cheese.....but when you pay with a card it automatically directs you to a tip screen of 1.00, 2.00, or 3.00. To me that's obnoxious.I worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years and believe in tipping. However I'm not inclined to choose one of them. Maybe .25 or .50.Sorry but when you take into account the cleanliness, customer service, and food a 1-3.00 tip is not warranted.
I'm not a big fan of the bagels here, but I know that's personal preference. Today I ordered the Bacon Tomato Egg white sandwich, which was actually quite good! However, I realized halfway through the sandwich that it was missing the bacon. It was annoying, but I didn't have time to go up and ask them to make/add bacon. The pretzel bagel my husband got was very chewy, like almost stale but not stale, and overly salty. I think there are better places in the area for a bagel.

We walked in and it took 5 minutes before they could take our order. We stood there watching them work and no one turned around to say good morning. How can I help you? The store was not busy ? The bag on coffee was good but the service was horrible.

Butter on bagel was liquid not a spread. And no my bagel was not toasted .(never order it toasted) so it wasn't because it melted
