Place was rather messy and not very clean. Staff were pleasant but didn't seem too happy to be working there. My bagel sandwich didn't really taste like a bagel at all, more porous like regular bread and the meat was sparse.

We were staying at a hotel down the road before our cruise and a bagel sounded tasty for breakfast. It was a short walk. The line moved fast and the service was friendly. Everything was made fresh to order and was served hot. I had the blackberry lemonade and All Nighter bagel. The dining room was clean and the coffee was well stocked.Kid-friendliness: Kids love bagels

Opted not to have breakfast at our hotel buffet. Quick service, nice variety of bagels and breakfast sandwich choices. Fair prices. Ample seating, enjoyed the outside table. Not a NY bagel as the texture was softer, not like Wonderbread soft thankfully. Would go again if staying at a hotel nearby.

The best customer service at this location. I walked in and was greeted and was accommodated as I don't like spicy food but I do love chipotle sauce. Got my bagel quick and delivered to me with a smile. Definitely felt the love while eating my bagel and will be back. Wish I got the lady and gentleman names.

Came in on a Friday at 9:30, not busy at all so no wait and quick service. Bagels were good, but I’ve never had a bad bagel at an Einstein. What was really the stand out was the friendly service from Emile! He recommended a bagel and cream cheese combo that I never would have thought to try (Asiago and strawberry) and it was surprisingly delicious. It’s always so nice to start my day with a friendly interaction. Thank you Emile!
