Einstein Bros. Bagels

Takes 20 minutes to get 3 plain bagels toasted with nothing on them.

Probably the worst bagel spot in town. Location is dirty, food is consistently unappealing. Service is decent but that doesn’t spare you from its cold and messy bagel sandwiches. If you have time go elsewhere - prices here are hard to beat though

Placed our order.. checked it twice and still got it wrong. Absolutely no care went into preparing our order at all . The one good thing is the prices ..very fair for the area. But probably wont go back

I have been coming to this Einstein for a long time since covid the store went down hill from food to definitely service but then came a new GM Angie and man she is short of AMAZING and her crew respects her to the utmost and the store has never been ran do good and clean! without Angie the store would be back at its worst

Great Staff with a clean restaurant.

It's my first time in Fort Lauderdale, this was the first place I stopped to have breakfast, and had breakfast there until we went back home.
The staff was amazing , even though some morning were different in the sense of foot traffic. They were all great, the food was delicious and the vanilla hazelnut coffe is the best. Can't wait to see you again.

I'm glad it's here; a chain is a chain. Over the years, the bagles have shrunk.

Although the Cashier was helpful and friendly, and so was the prep cook, the entire store needs some serious cleaning especially, the tables not wiped clean, floors and baseboards dirty, ceiling and A/C vents are dirty and full of black dust, condiments stations and area around fountain soda machines wet and disgusting
Food was also average.

l came to buy a sandwich and also l tip l grab my food and a l left to my car and l see that my sandwich wasn’t cut in half so l came to talk to the cooker and l ask with education if can please cut have my sandwich in half his name is Bruce he gave and attitude wish is not appropriate to talk to the customer with an attitude wish l talk to him with a respect and he told me that l have tell the cashier to cut the sandwich this was no aprópiate to talk to any customer that answered he gave me l definitely l don’t recommend this restaurant they need to be more better train how to treat that customer definitely l won’t go back to buy food there l don’t recommend at all l buy at this store likes 3 times definitely l don’t recommend.

Einstein Bagel and specifically this location on 19 Federal Hwy is the best bagel job I have been to. I live in New York and anytime I visit Fort Lauderdale this is where I go to get some happiness. I even buy extra food to bring back home don't judge me.

Food - Freshhhhhhh, yummy, hot and certainly a whole party in your mouth. Food is made to order of course , there is a whole selection of meat egg, turkey , bacon, ham, salmon, brisket that you can put on your sandwich. Any type of bagel you need this location has it. If u need even a simple bagel and cheese not a problem. The coffee drinks are great and desserts just pick n choose better yet just take it all .

Customer Service - Alot of eateries you go you hope to get good service. Einstein you don't have to hope. The tolerance of the team is good I have seen some rude customers pass through and the staff handle the situations professionally. The staff is friendly, welcoming and when your leaving the send off basically invites you right back in.

Have to add speed and flexibility. They work real fast so not much wait time when you order. And you can order online and pick up in store - up to you.

Environment - Very clean and organized. They open very early hmmmm don't remember the time exactly - think it's 6am though . Restroom you have to get the code to get in and the area is clean as well. There is parking so no issues there in New York I gotta double park at times to buy food. Customers do like to sit and eat which makes it more personal . If in a rush just grab and go.

Overall this eatery will not disappoint. I have added a photo. Sorry I could not get my coffee drink in there I finished it already and forgot to take the photo. Will definitely visit again.
