Our waiter seemed very inexperienced! Didn't know menu to make suggestions or even knowledge of "food" type ie had no idea they even served Scallops!! I booked a reservation for the Red Room Burlesque show for my boyfriend bday. Having dinner downstairs 1st we arrived for our reservation on time & I mentioned my BF Bday & timing to get upstairs for show early. We were the only people in the dining room & the last to arrive upstairs when seating opened. When we finally got upstairs there were no more seats & were told 1st come 1st serve !! That is unacceptable to pay the price for dinner & show and treated like we didn't exist!!! The hostess upstairs in the bunny ears tried to calm my upset by offering a reschedule for Valentine's Day & a round of drinks on them... suffice to say "Miss Bunny Ears" was nowhere to be found & never told the bartenders we would be comped!! Overall a miserable Birthday experience
Pama Tavern exceeded our expectations! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and everything from the food to the drinks was top-notch. Our table of 16 was served quickly, and every dish came out perfectly cooked. The Churrasco Argentino was especially delicious absolutely packed with flavor. The chef even came by to check on us, adding a personal touch that made the night even better. We had an amazing time celebrating with family and friends. Highly recommend for any occasion!

“Pama Tavern is a gem! The vibe is inviting, good music and the food and drinks were fantastic. We had a large group of 16, and everything came out quickly and perfectly cooked. The chef even stopped by our table to make sure everything was just right, a nice personal touch that shows how much they care about their guests. It was the perfect spot to relax, enjoy good company, and make great memories with family and friends. Highly recommend for any gathering!
Had an amazing time at the Saturday Caribbean brunch. Great food and drinks, as well as live DJ outside in comfy, covered seating area.

The food was amazing and the service was even better! Not to mention how beautiful the restaurant was. We ordered the steak which was seasoned and cooked perfectly. We also ordered the scallops in a blueberry sauce and they were the best scallops I’ve ever had! If you’re in the downtown Fort Lauderdale area, I highly recommend checking this place out. We can’t wait to go back for dinner and to check out the speakeasy that’s located upstairs.

This place has a bit of an identity crisis going on. It doesn't know what it wants to be, both in the spirit of its cuisine and in the theme and offerings. The music is honestly the only time I can say I felt I was being assaulted by a restaurant's soundtrack. They completely oversold the speakeasy, even allowed us in but then told us it wasn't open until the restaurant closed. There was also a roach tending that bar. The photos and videos you've seen showing decent portions of octopus turned out to be about an eighth of what was actually served. Our meals came out in pieces with most of us waiting about 25 minutes to be able to eat our meal from said waiting. Some of it was tasty, a lot of it was bland or repetitive (and cold) but I'm still not sure what kind of a restaurant it even is. At the end of our meal, we were essentially held hostage for an additional hour waiting on the check. They appeared understaffed and undermanaged. They have a beautiful spot and the potential to be wonderful, but they were more of an overpriced dud.

The food was delicious and the ambiance was amazing! From the music to the lighting, but what was most notable was the service. The staff was more than accommodating. Frank went out of his way to ensure we had an excellent experience. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed a quiet Sunday evening dinner; Staff was great, food good, location for us was convenient. We did get a peek at the second-floor speakeasy and plan on coming back as it looks to be a great experience.
Great service, location, decor. Food was below average for the price point. I don't mind going big from time to time on a night out. I do however expect the food and the presentation to be above average. The place was basically empty on a Friday night, with a total of 10 patrons. May be sign that others agree with me.
