This is a hidden gem for sure! The hospitality is great. The restaurant is small inside and is always full, so make sure to make a reservation if possible. The food was amazing, and the mole sauce is pretty close to what I had while in Mexico. Definitely worth a try if you’re looking for a new place!

I had the pleasure of enjoying lunch from Epazote with a few of my coworkers and I must say that the food is delicious. We ordered out, yet it arrived hot and fresh. I can tell that they put a lot of love and effort in every dish that they serve. All of my coworkers were pleased with what they ordered. In addition to this, Simonne and Hugo, the owners are wonderful and bright people. If you haven't tried it yet, please go and give it a try. You wont be disapointed!

Absolutely love this place! The service is always on point, super friendly and fast. The tacos and tortas are incredibly tasty, full of flavor, and always hit the spot. It's become my once a week go to spot, and for good reason. Highly recommend if you're looking for authentic Mexican food done right!!!!

I was impressed with this place. The seating is a little cramped but the food made it well worth it. Excellent margaritas as well.

Jennifer and Jasmine were the most friendly, attentive and fast servers we've had in awhile! The food was AMAZING and the Owner came out to let us know if we needed anything to let him know! Next time we visit here we will DEFINITELY be back!! Thank you!! ❤️
(Everything is separate because my friend didn't like cilantro and the owner accommoded)

Delicious authentic Mexican cuisine, not just Tex-Mex. Nice decor. Hugo and Simone are attentive, friendly hosts. No better Mexican restaurant in Broward county. Try it, and you'll become a regular!

The first time I ordered was through Uber eats. I ordered the steak tacos. I also got a side order of rice and beans. Absolutely delicious. The steak was amazing. Perfect cooked everything. About two weeks later, I decided to drive over there. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he talked to me about ordering steak tacos and one of them with chorizo and I got rice and beans as well. Amazing absolutely amazing. But wait it gets better. I had 1 1/2 left over with some rice and beans. I put the rice and beans in the microwave And then I put the one and a half tacos In the air fryer and I put a little bit of cheese on top the white cheese I can’t think of the name of it. I let it cook for a while. Let me tell you something if I could paint the picture of heaven that that’s what it looked like when I opened up my air fryer. I wish I could tell you what it tasted like because I ate the one and a half so fast I’m so mad at myself that I don’t have any anymore. I took a picture just to show you all that’s left now I’m going to pick that up and eat it as well… This place is delicious. I saw a few people in there eating different plates. I didn’t see one person complaining about portions. I could tell you right now. Everything looked amazing and a lot. The man and woman that I met I assume they’re the owners. just like the days of being able to talk to people and socialize get a good feel of what the place is about you know if the owners are good and they’re caring you know they take pride in their food and that’s what this was exactly like it wasn’t just like some kind of chain with a bunch of kids there or some sort of robots or something. These were real people they take pride in their food You could tell. Obviously, I’ll be there probably this week.. 😋😋😋

Small place but friendly service and cozy family atmosphere. I would recommend making reservations just to be on the safe side.
On Sunday, in addition to their regular menu, they have brunch. I ordered cafe de olla, which is black coffee with cinnamon. It came in a clay cup and it was delicious.
Also ordered esquites and they only had one order left so we nabbed it!! Esquites are corn kernels mixed together with mayonnaise, butter, lime juice, a hint of salt, chili powder, and cotjia cheese. They were nice and had a kick to them that you got at the end of each bite.
We also ordered the chilaquiles in salsa verde with two sunny side up eggs and the quesobirria tacos.
Unfortunately, the chilaquiles came in a red sauce but they were delicious! The plate had a small portion of beans and home fries. The chilaquiles, where basically fried corn chips smothered in a flavorful red salsa, and topped with various ingredients like: red onions, two eggs (although u can get chicken or meat), and other ingredients.
The quesobirrias and the beef broth were good and stuffed with melted cheese.
The owner came out to talk to us and when we asked for dessert, he told us about an elote flan he had just made and that wasn’t on the menu. It was more of a cake consistency as opposed to a flan consistency and it was very tasty. We told the owner that it was a keeper!!
We will definitely be coming back to try other items on the menu.
