Table for 6 was ready on time and outside next to the pool. Took about 45 mins to get appetizers and then another 45 minutes to get 5 of the 6 dinners. The 6th plate came out 10 minutes after everyone else's. The 5 dinners were not hot as if they were sitting for awhile before being brought out. No apology from the staff and no visit from a manager. Soda was in the can and the first was served with a glass of ice. Asked for a 2nd when dinner arrived (1.5 hours later) and received the can but not 2nd glass with ice (first had obviously melted) so drank the 2nd out of the can. Total with tip was $310 and was disappointing at that price point. I had high hopes for the meal as the restaurant is highly ranked on TripAdvisor but definitely not a top tier experience.

I stopped by for breakfast, and had a very pleasant time . Staff was gave a warm welcome and were very professional. They offer fresh cold pressed juices, which was nice. The Garden bowl is a must try. Eating outside near the pool was the perfect start to the day !

What a great find ! Costal Italian restaurant with house made pasta, and very genuine service . Great ambiance with live Jazz bands on the weekends. Cool and crafty cocktail list. Bone-in Veal chop may be the best thing I've ever had ! Do yourself a favor and check out La Fuga !

La Fuga is a hidden gem. Food is absolutely outstanding. We had the lobster ravioli and the veal, and both were so delicious! All the pasta is homemade, and so well prepared. The cannoli's were a fantastic desert, then all was topped off with a fabulous limoncello! And what really made the evening was our server Marianna. She made our evening so fantastic, that we went back and did it all over again two nights later. It was every bit as good the second time!!

First time having dinner with friends, Everybody at the dinner party raved about their dish and we had James as our server who did an excellent job. Definitely will revisit next time. I travel to Fort Lauderdale.

Went here based on many terrific reviews. Food was tasteless, wine pour was a shot glass for $20/glass. Disappointing. Waiter was very nice. Cute place but hasnt been updated in 25 years.

Unexpectedly fantastic! We booked here at the last minute and ended up having an incredible dining experience. The food was really impressive - lobster ravioli, tagliatelle with bolognese and linguine with fruitti de mar). And the tiramisu!!! Wow. We all raved about our dishes and the service was incredible (thank you Marianna!). Cannot wait to visit again!

We are local to the area and love La Fuga. Sitting poolside is a great setting. You can't go wrong with everything on the menu. Service is spot on and Jonathan our regular waiter is outstanding.

I chose this place for my birthday because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews, but I was extremely disappointed. First off, the restaurant is part of a resort type place, and there are no signs outside. Upon arrival, we almost left the neighborhood, thinking we were at the wrong place. - There were dirty rags on the counter when we arrived at the entrance which grossed all of us out. There was nobody greeting guests. - The restaurant was at maybe 25% capacity, but it took them 15 mins to greet us at the entrance even though we had a reservation. Another 15 mins to get our table ready - when the place was empty with many open tables. - We didn't get our water or drinks for like 40 mins upon being seated. Again the place was almost empty! It was a Monday night! - Once we complained about the poor service - they pulled it together and improved. - The food was average. Everybody in my group was - nah, we'd never come back here again. - Definitely not worth the drive or the prices. It was my birthday and I picked this place. I felt embarrassed and humiliated. We expected much better on a Monday night. Total disappointment.

Just wow ! Services and food very high level. But happy hours with a senior guest disturb the atmosphere. We prefer with lovely music . It is not place for make happy hours with the standing to this établisment . Next time we come back later

We have been several times since opening. It's always been very good. The service is always exceptional and we have had the same waitress. We had very obnoxious diners behind using their outside voices so we all could hear them. The food last night however was just ok. Both the tagliatelle bolgnaise and the tortilni were both quite bland.

Meal was fair. I had snapper for my dinner. It was very, very good, but unfortunately my husband ordered the lobster ravioli and the ravioli was so thick he could eat the insides of the ravioli. My daughter ordered the tagliatelle bolognese, and it was very under seasoned and the bolognese was a little sweet.

First time at La Fuga but it won't be our last. Beautiful Indoor & outdoor seating area. Professional and attentive staff. Delicious food - all three of us had pastas which were excellent! Added bonus on Thursday evenings: Alexandra is the singer!!!

If you're looking for a wonderful dinning experience don't miss La Fuga. The food , the service (Anita) the manager AJ and especially the Chef Michael are second to none. Don't miss the opportunity to visit La Fuga.

Giving the restaurant slack because it was Valentine's Day gives it no excuse for chaotic service and sub par food. Food did not come close to expectations. If you are looking for a quality experience I recommend looking elsewhere.
