Dinner at Evelyn's was absolutely phenomenal!! From the lobby entrance in the Four Seasons to the ocean views over the third floor pool, everything was first class. The hostesses were friendly knowledgeable professional and polite. Our waiter was a wealth of knowledge and full of meaningful and useful recommendations. Every food item and every beverage option was spot on. Our wine could not have been better and the Turkish coffee at the end of the night was absolutely delicious. Appetizers were tasty and garden fresh, main courses were served at the exact right temperatures and were probably the best we've ever had - truly. The salmon was ideal, and the Wagyu Beef was as tender and tasty as I've ever enjoyed. Evelyn's is a definite must, whether you're a busy in town or a native!! We will be back for brunch!!

Probably one of the best meals I've ever had. Impeccable presentation and service. Cristian was perfect in his attention, recommendations, and knowledge of the menu. The Saffron Gin Sour was an incredible cocktail.
Thanks for making Valentine's special.

Went for valentines special dinner. The 5 course meal was creative, delicious, and fun. The dishes are perfect for sharing. But the packed restaurant broke down and we waited hours for our meal…every small plate and starter was wonderful. But 45 minutes between courses became ridiculous. We poured our own wine.. our server was overwhelmed. Hope they can correct this, as the food is world class.

Had the pleasure to stay at The Four Seasons Ft Lauderdale and had both breakfast and dinner at Evelyns.
Breakfast buffet was fantastic, my server Johnny was truly GREAT giving us an amazing service, the buffet was so good for $54 per person including coffee, juice, plus waffles or eggs your way (honestly fair price and good quality food)

DINNER was out of this world, amazing and creative plates also our server Christian was WONDERFUL, going out of his was to make us feel comfortable being in a reataurant with our 2 little boys.
Completely recomend this restaurant!

We had dinner & breakfast here, both were phenomenal. You can definitely tell the ingredients are high quality and everything we had was delicious. The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance and the service was great. Get the grand mezze - so good!

I always come here when I’m in town. The service is always stellar and the food is amazing! It’s a bit pricey but totally worth it! It always has a great vibe! Highly recommend worth every penny

We went to Evelyn’s for a ladies night and to celebrate the new year with my mom and friends (it was the first visit for all of us).It was an AMAZING 10/10 experience and we are already planning our next visit! Everyone was warm, welcoming, professional and kind as you would expect from The Four Seasons… Our top favorite items on the menu were the Truffle Hummus and the Australian Wagyu Beef. The Sous Chef, Bedirhan Asar did a little presentation at our table and mesmerized us with his outstanding hospitality! All of the signature desserts were top notch as well with Riz Bi Haleeb being my favorite! We can’t thank Mr. Asar and our wonderful server, Mr. Romario enough for making our night extra special! 10 stars for Evelyn’s & their spectacular team!

Wow! Exceptional is correct! First time here and I'm coming back for sure! First I was greeted by the most friendly valet I've seen in a while. Customer service at it's finest!
The restaurant was super nice, food, service and ambiance was tasty and amazing! Our waiter and Anyone who came to our table that worked there are super friendly and full of joy. We will definitely be back- thank you!
