Alana has been wonderful! Been loving the meals both logistically and taste wise. For breakfast, my favorites so far have been the egg white trifecta and protein power plate. My fav dinners this week have been the super charged chicken, steak fajita bowl and mojo pulled pork! feeling great and I'm so thrilled to have easy access to nutritious meals to keep me on track.

Much better than I could have imagined. Delivery is personal and meals are neatly packaged in a thermal bag with the FitLifeFoods logo. This is a super big review for me. I have used 2 other services dealing with the same promises. They are Factor and Food for Good Health. The difference is tremendous and FitLifeFoods comes out with every promise they made kept. Food never frozen; fresh and packaged in easy to use containers. It's far superior than the other two and not a bite is thrown out or spit out. The others can't come close. The other important point, there is a local store in Ft. Lauderdale and great staff.

Fresh not frozen which is a huge deal for us since that alters the flavor. We have been really happy with our meals so far. Very tasty, and we love the variety. Also, they make small, medium and large portions so you can choose your size based on how many macros you need.

They have so many options and the food taste great, way better than their competitors in my opinion (catered fit's quality went south years ago). Every time I've gone the staff has been super sweet and helpful, they even double check the expiration dates for me which I really appreciate! Highly recommend for anyone whose looking for a yummy ready made meal or someone whose trying to eat clean without sacrificing taste.

I love coming here for my lunch break! Aaron and Alfred are great whenever I get to see them. They are personable, they let you eat in the store, and there's a ton of options. It's well organized and gives a very clean and healthy vibe. Will continue to come here for lunch!

I stumbled upon this place while in Fort Lauderdale and IT BLEW MY MIND! We definitely need more places like this. It is dedicated to meal prepping and helping people reach their health goals which is really cool. I ended up buying 6 meals, 2 breakfast, 2 lunch, 2 dinner and then I got two snacks. The food was pricey and some of the meals were just OK. If I am in this area again I would try other options but I love the idea. The store is small but very bright and welcoming.
I'm one week in and I already see results which motivates me to keep going. I have more energy, I'm losing inches in my stomach and I don't feel so frustrated trying to eat health. I love it so far.

I have tried a few other companies. Don't make the same mistake that i did. This is the one stop shop your looking for. They have a wide variety of foods. I have yet to try anything I didn't like. Not only do they taste excellent I saw results the first week. There plan takes all the guess work out of trying to eat better. No need to sacrifice enjoying a meal either.

Food is great and service top notch. Just wish you were able to get more than 12 meals so you could have breakfast, lunch and dinner or be able to have 6 or 7 days worth of food. Other than that it's one of the best meal prep companies I've come by so far.

The food is so good! I was super impressed with Fitlife foods. I have tried other meal prep delivery services and Fitlife foods is by far my favorite. I love the way that they packaged everything. And it's fresh! I'm so in love. I was shocked at how good the food was.
