I Haven’t had Five Guys in 7 years and I encountered Kiki and she was the most helpful and kind. The food was delicious made with love and she made sure everything was perfect.!!! ❤️ will be coming back

The guy who was cleaning the food prep area, used his gloves to empty the dust pan, then immediately used his hands to handle food that the only lady in the store left He wrapped the burgers and didn't change his gloves.

Today's experience was horrible! I ordered and paid for my food on Five Guy's website, and after receiving my food via Door Dash, I received someone else's order - someone by the name of Nikolaos V. What's worst is that I am DEATHLY ALLERGIC to PICKLES! I called the Door Dasher Driver to report this and was told to contact Door Dash customer service. I called them, and they told me to call the store to report the error to receive a refund. I contacted the store in attempt to speak with the manager and was met with a busy tone several times. Finally, I called Five Guy's customer service and was told that the District Manager will contact me by the end of the week! At this point, being very pregnant and very allergic to pickles, this will need to be escalated to someone much higher than the district manger because I need to be compensated for more than what I paid for due to someone's careless mistake.

I just wanted a burger with no fanfare. I ordered the regular hamburger with the usual toppings, lettuce, pickles, tomato, ketchup and mustard, the grilled onions were a bonus. I gotta say it was pretty darn good.
