I went to the Flanigan’s in Davie for the first time the other day and was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The layout was so cool with different rooms in their setup. The service was great as usual and the food was delicious. I’ll definitely be going back there in the near future. I love the lunch special but the ribs are soooo good!!

so I come in I'm a usual I sit at the bar And one of the Former bartenders who I guess is a server now came and said hi to me. The current bartender noticed and I'm assuming they're not friends with each other and completely ignored me and took the next person that walked in as if I wasn't waiting there It was so obvious she ignored me because I said hi to the former Bartender. I don't think that's a great customer service at all Please check the cameras Wednesday, October 16 between 845 and nine

I ordered at the bar, after waiting for over 20 minutes I asked the bartender/waitress to check on my food. She came back and said she did not put the order in. She was at the bar just laughing with the other customers. I just walked out.

Love coming here for my lunch break. Great lunch deal and fast service. Perfect combo!!! Kerissa at the bar is my favorite she is always so sweet and SO QUICK. Management also attentive i’ve run into Rachel on many occasions and she’s always helpful. I always come back.

Our server was absolutely amazing! friendly, attentive, and clearly going above and beyond, not only for our table but for others as well. She made sure everyone had water and was being helped, even when the restaurant was busy.
The food itself was decent, but the atmosphere was unfortunately overshadowed by management behavior. It’s extremely unprofessional to hear a manager yelling at employees or talking down to young women in front of guests. The manager, Rachel, was openly rude and demeaning, and it made the entire experience uncomfortable.
It was especially disheartening to see that our server seemed afraid to bring up a simple issue with our meal because of how this manager treats her staff — we even chose to pay for a dish that wasn’t made correctly just to avoid getting her in trouble. No one should have to work in fear of being reprimanded or having their shifts cut unfairly.
Flanagan’s has great potential, but management needs to take a serious look at how Rachel is treating the team. When customers can hear yelling from across the restaurant, that’s a sign something needs to change.

This location was crazy full! I came here last week, I was put on a wait for 15 to 20 minutes! Disappointed I had to wait. The hostess at the front was very nice and asked how I was doing and held a short but nice conversation with me. Her name was Ava or Eva she said. I ordered the blackened salmon! It was so good. We will definitely be returning, all the waitresses were so nice! Service was great even though it was really busy.
