I am giving these stars now. The first time I came and got wings to-go, they were bad. Debbie the manager took my call. And said she was so sorry. Went back a couple of days later and manager Franky helped me the next time, he apologized again and things were great. Really appreciate the customer support!
Since 1989 we have been going to flannigans service have certainly changed once they expanded .. many locations 50/50 service I think today they concentrate more on the bar vs service and the food.
Had lunch at Flanigan's today with my husband he had the steak soup special with a sandwich tuna sandwich he said was very good and I had the New England clam chowder with a clam or crab salad sandwich it was all very good service was a little slow but that's okay it was busy it was lunch time
