Absolutely shocking service.
a lady that barely communicates and a big guy that should find another career.

I note that this outlet has many 1 star reviews.

this does not reflect well on the RDU airport and managers.

Bad, bad, bad the staff is horrible, not friendly at all, not a smile! The pizza ? I think my dog could make it better don’t come!

Worst experience I have ever had. Both employees were very rude and standoffish. One making the pizza with long hair barely said two words and loaded the pizza in the centre. One checking us out had a major attitude problem and was mad that she had to work. Do not go here. The pizza itself isn’t good. The “crust” is a pita… do not recommend. Ever. Save yourself and skip it. Customer service where lol

Waited 30 minutes for a chicken parmesan sandwich after the first one was burnt. Buffalo chicken pizza was 3/10 as well.

If I could give a negative rating for service I would do it. The girl behind the counter is rude and has no business dealing with the public. See other reviews, it appears the company supports the bad services to because it is ongoing. Don't waste your money. It helps explain why their other location is now closed.

Eeeh should have read this before I got the food..
Got a Caesar salad didn't expect that most of the croutons were burnt
Chicken tastes like it was a can and cheese is from a shaker

It was 17.5 for a soda and Ceaser salad
Didn't love the service
Couldn't find another salad near by so that's what it is if u need one
They are not busy so they move faster than shake shack

Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza at the Fort Lauderdale Airport.
Pizza was center loaded. Chicken had so much pepper that it overpowered the Buffalo sauce. Blue cheese was put on pre-bake instead of post bake and only in giant clumps where you might as well just yake a bite out of a block of cheese rather than having it enhance the total product. Waste of money.

Wow. Just inattentive employees doing you a favor to finally accept your order. They just stand there and stare at you as if you can read minds. Their motto talks about speediest service. If that’s speedy, I would hate to see slow.

Not surprised to see other reviews echoing my experience. One person behind the counter doing everything (and doing so poorly) she was more focused on chatting with her friends who were in the seating area (also employees of the airport) than doing her job. Seemed irritated at having to do things between socializing. Avoid at all costs. Also the pizza was terrible.

The pizza is flavorless. It taste like cardboard with cheese on it. Actually, cardboard might have more flavor!

Would rate the staff 0 stars if possible. They act like it’s a massive inconvenience to take your order. Would recommend they find new jobs not in the customer service/food industry.

On the menu they don't say nothing about extra fee for different toppings now I will dispute charges on the credit card
This is sick nobody wants to solve a problem.

Totally fine when I went. Quick service, price and pizza ok and no disaster as in other reviews.

Ummmm at least they tried to cut it I guess.

This pizza shouldn't even be called food. Ate there today and now I'm sick as a dog. Glad I at least made it home before my guts rejected it.
