Not surprised to see other reviews echoing my experience. One person behind the counter doing everything (and doing so poorly) she was more focused on chatting with her friends who were in the seating area (also employees of the airport) than doing her job. Seemed irritated at having to do things between socializing. Avoid at all costs. Also the pizza was terrible.
The pizza is flavorless. It taste like cardboard with cheese on it. Actually, cardboard might have more flavor!
Would rate the staff 0 stars if possible. They act like it’s a massive inconvenience to take your order. Would recommend they find new jobs not in the customer service/food industry.
I guess I should have read the reviews first
Terrible service
On the menu they don't say nothing about extra fee for different toppings now I will dispute charges on the credit card
This is sick nobody wants to solve a problem.
Totally fine when I went. Quick service, price and pizza ok and no disaster as in other reviews.
Ummmm at least they tried to cut it I guess.
This pizza shouldn't even be called food. Ate there today and now I'm sick as a dog. Glad I at least made it home before my guts rejected it.
Horrible staff. Lucknise refused to talk to any customers and stayed on a phone call talking to another person via airpods. Insane
It's a robbery, charging $12+ dollars for a piece of paper crust pizza. The person taking our order is rude and doesn't seem to like her job.
Absolutely gross. Just ordered their 'roasted' veggie pizza. Canned mushroom, sliced cold tomatoes and jarred peppers. - smothered in orange/cheddar cheese. Never again.

Pizza may have been ok but I never received it. They made a margarhettafor me but gave me a prosciutto and fought with me about what I ordered. Walked away

In comparison to Torn Basil in the same airport this place is a godsend. Crisp pizza and a not completley gouging price and bigger portions than Torn Basil. Allergy friendly in that we got an actual response with a quick nod instead of the goofball at Torn Basil after we stood in front of the counter for 20 minutes saying "i don't know whats in our pizza" to a few questions we asked.
To be clear, in any other circumstance this is overpriced, and mediocre pizza. Compared to Torn Basil in a vaccum this is lightning fast, incredibly large portions, and angels for staff
Dietary restrictions: Actually got a response that its okay for peanut allergy

FIRE YOUR STAFF !!! This is absolutely the worst airport restaurant I have every experienced. The staff were busy talking to each other and not paying attention. When they messed up another customers order the staff said, "if you have a problem then fight me". I am appalled and im surprised police haven't been involved as of yet. Also, who makes a pizza where all toppings are in the middle. Absolute trash food and people.
