Flip Flops Dockside Eatery

This place is next to some very pricy and fancy places but they share the intercoastal view. It's modest but authentic with friendly staff and patrons. Good food, reasonable prices, good company for even a first timer. A little hard to find but worth it

Flip Flops was a great find. The food was good, the drinks were good ( unless you want wine, then the drinks were ok). There was only one server for the entire room. However she was pleasant and very good. The food was tasty and plentiful.

Went here to get a burger and a drink on the water. Very surprised. Place is very laid back. Nothing fancy but good. Went on a Friday and had burgers and fries and drinks. Drinks were 2/4/1, burger was good. Wings are expensive unless you get the 2/4/1 deal. Daily specials are pretty good deals. Thought drinks might be watered down but they were pretty good. Service was ok and not pushy. Great place to sit back and relax on the water. Parking is a problem but it's a problem for all restaurants in the area.

Flip Flops is one of the very last places on the intracoastal in Fort Lauderdale where you can grab really good yet inexpensive food and drinks, especially on Sunday when they have some great $7 food and $4 drink specials. Recently, part of the dock outside collapsed and that led many to believe Flip Flops closed (permanently). NOT TRUE. It remains open and could use local support to make sure it remains open! Let’s not lose this hidden gem!

First time here. My server, Shahira, from Queens, was great ?. I had Buffalo Chicken Wings and Spicy BBQ wings. Cooked perfectly, very good size Wings.The View is an amazing experience! See my pictures ☺️!I'll be back for Sunday Funday!

Sat out on the deck -- gorgeous day to watch the boats go by. Servers were attentive and my burger and fries were very good. Lots of good things on the menu. Great meal, fun day!

We stopped here today for lunch and loved the food, location and the fact that it was dog friendly. When we arrived the server immediately came over with a bowl of water for our dog. The margaritas were strong and only $7. My wife had the Reuben and ai had fish tacos. Delicious! We will definitely be returning!

It's a relaxing vibe inside. The food was delicious. The blackened mahi mahi was to die for. The flavors were amazing.

Best deal on the Intracoastal. Food and ambiance is great. The wait staff are friendly and the always have specials. Great place to chill with friends while watching the boat parade go by. BEST FISH TACOS IN FT. LAUDERDALE. I said what I said.

You can't go wrong with the Mile High Nachos!

Cute fun restaurant with very very large portions and good service dockside. Nice way to relax and enjoy the boats floating by.

Love this place. They’ve changed it up since I was here last time. My favorite part of the place was sitting in the Adirondack Chair overlooking the intercostal. Now it’s tables, much more formal and relaxing with a drink. But, this little place is still a local favorite. Good food, nice people, simple place. Great water view.
