Four of us dined at The Floridian last evening. The refreshed decor and lighting fixtures really made the space attractive. Mindy was our server and despite the fact she was the only server she did a fantastic job of taking care of all the parties in the restaurant. She was cheerful and attentive. The cook also did a good job. All of our plates came out at the same time and well prepared. We each had a different meal-ranging from a salad to a plate of fried shrimp, a mahi mahi...
