Fresh First - Breakfast - Lunch - Brunch

My wife and I had breakfast at Fresh First. Excellent food and service. Meeting Big Mike, the owner, was also very nice. We are from North Carolina, but next time we are in Ft Lauderdale, we will go back.

Came here for lunch/brunch - decent vegan menu options for both. I ordered the vegan tofu Mac and cheese, which was rather bland but tasted better with their homemade hot sauce. Service could be improved upon but they did give us cookies for the mistakes made. Coffee was good!

Nothing worse than smarmy responses to reviews. Originally gave 3 stars now 2. I know there’s napkins Jim that’s why I asked. The problem is that the person who made it seem like I was asking for a gold bar and gave me one.

Went there for breakfast and was expecting to get more than what actually got. Server was rude always in a rush and didn’t explain anything from the menu. We got the food that was supposed to go the table next to us. Place wasn’t full so you are not expecting these little mistakes. Food was ok.

So glad I found this place while I was in Port Everglades! Absolutely delicious food, and wonderful waitresses!

I had the Benedict! It comes with Spinach and Turkey Bacon, and instead of an English muffin, it comes on their house made buttermilk waffles!(They have Vegan waffles too!) Served with some really well prepared roasted red and sweet potatoes!

Hot sauce was really good, different and fresh! Breakfast and fresh juices were good too! Only thing were the waffles they were just plain and not sweet to be names “Belgian” but all in all good spot.

Love this place. I just wonder why you removed the Roast beef sandwich? It was amazing.

Good food, good choices, and all of it tasted great.

Dietary restrictions: Entire menu is Gluten Free. Went with my celiac wife and we were able to enjoy breakfast here before our cruise and brunch on the day we returned. Wife is highly sensitive to cross-contamination and no issues.

We were blown away by the food and the service. The fluffiest gluten free waffles I've ever had and the food was delicious.

When we came in July and stayed at the Marriott a few minutes away we decided to eat here because we loved other similar places to Fresh First. I ordered the sloppy Q burger , my husband ordered something off the breakfast menu and we got a side of potato wedges. The food did not have any flavor at all ! My burger was good in size but lacked any flavor at all, I had to put on a crazy amount of hot sauce just so I can finish it. My husband said the same thing about his meal. I fell in love with veggie burgers and vegan options when I had a burger in vegas and another spot in Colorado so I was ultimately excited to try this place. Unfortunately $80 later I was not happy at all. Also my husband was sweating bullets , I'm not sure if the a.c wasn't working or if it was just set really high but it was uncomfortably too warm in there for a july. Unfortunately I doubt I will ever be back in that area to try the other options they serve but my order was disappointing. And yes I know it's mostly veggies/vegan but you can have all of that AND FLAVOR. It doesn't have to be one or the other. The girls were nice tho .

Perfect place for gluten free folks- EVERYTHING on their menu is 100% gluten free! With that being said, food is still delicious! I’ve eaten here multiple times and food is consistent! I’ve had several of their smoothies and entrees. Picture below is breakfast/egg sandwich and the breakfast burrito! Menu is different from most breakfast restaurants in that wherever you’d usually have bread/biscuit/English muffin, they substitute with a gluten free waffle. So sandwiches and eggs benny, for example, are served with a waffle. Place is very solid- enjoy
