We really love the place in Hallandale , it’s like our second home now , we have membership. Staff are nice, young, and manager Evgeny always willing to help . Very warm ambiance during different events . Thank you!

I love flippos I love taking my grandaughter and I'm for sure going again

5 days ago we visited this DISGUSTING place and and today 07/18/2024 we had to make a trip to ER after the visit in Flippos because my son got hand-foot-and-mouth disease behind the toys there was dirt and leftover who knows from when
Please don’t visit this disgusting and dirty place ! Will be reporting to health department.
There was a bracelet from June belong to some other person so ….. we can imagine how often they clean it

A perfect and safe place to take the kiddos when it is too hot and/or rainy. Plus, I get to join in the fun, no gym needed after a visit to Flippo's.

Place it’s very dirty and smells weird too,
For that price I’d rather go somewhere else

The facility offers activities for children of all ages. My husband brought the kids here while I was at a work lunch. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Lukas, who explained that I needed to fill out a waiver. After completing it, Lukas mentioned that he would bring me a wristband since his colleague was busy at the register and on the phone.

However, Carolina then stopped me, instructing me to wait. Along with another guest, I stood there for about two minutes before deciding to sit in the waiting area. At this point, Carolina threatened to call security if I proceeded. She didn't greet us, despite having two paying customers waiting in front of her. The customer service was non-existent.

Lukas, on the other hand, was polite and understood my desire to join my family inside, attempting to accommodate the situation despite the delay. Unfortunately, due to this poor experience, we won't be returning to this location.

Flippos located in Fort Lauderdale this place is small and isn’t for all ages as they advertise. Most important they really need to be ashamed for not letting us bring in our food we are jewish keeping kosher and we can’t eat the food sold in the place! We went during Passover holiday which makes it harder because of the food restrictions for us ! Won’t be coming back to this place.

We came with our two daughters to kill some time after a cruise. We’re tourists, so we didn’t know what we were getting into. The rock wall and the high ropes course were closed. Be prepared to spend a decent amount of money on the arcade for your little ones in order to keep them entertained. This is at no fault of the business, but cruisers be warned.

We have come here many times but this last time makes sit difficult for us to ever come back. It was during the week and there was one person working. They have an awesome rocking climbing wall and a walkway high up off the ground. At first they were both closed due to it being the weekday. The cafe was closed so no food or drinks. My kids were looking forward to playing on those two things. Towards the end before we left apparently another mother asked and the same lady out front allowed her kid to go on the rock wall while the parent “watched the front door for guests”. We asked and the lady did the same for us but I found this odd.Either way the lady there was friendly and nice. The place is understaffed so don’t expect to be able to do everything while you’re there. It seemed like a waste of money for me this time.

Front desk staff are so rude and the place is dirty. We go to the Hallandale location and is way different. Just go somewhere else

Rude staff the front desk team has changed for bad young teenagers that works there have horrible costumer service place is dirty not recommended

Bad experience the staff was rudepls do not come in if you,have any stroller you not allowed to enter with the stroller inside you have to seat close to the entrance and you basically can't watch the kids if you with a babyThe staff try to push us out we will never be back thr place is dirty and not clean

Flippos in Fort Lauderdale is my new fave kids’ indoor playground and party place! It was amazing for the kids, teens, and us adults to come together there for my grandson’s birthday.Although smaller than other similar venues, they are just the right size with fun areas that include a rope course and a toddler area.The party food they prepared was great—with cold veggies for dipping, fruit, sandwiches and other finger foods! I absolutely loved their grilled chicken and the way they served the fruit. If I lived closer, I would go for lunch any day of the week in their café.I hope my photos do a little justice to the incredible staff here—especially the young lady who planned and served us all so well. Spidey was fun too! We had a super day and plan to return!
