This place is just perfect after a lunch or for lunch, the owner is the most friendly and nice person, the flavors are exactly like when I was a kid. Kosher delicious ice cream, top of the top, they also offer pizza.

Kosher ice cream and sunny Florida. What could be a more fitting combination than that? And yet, finding such a place for a fun date on a Saturday night after Shabbos (8pm to midnight), or rewarding the kinderlach on a lazy hot afternoon (noon to 8pm, half days on Mon & Fri) is hard to find unless you go to Gleedaz in Hollywood. This takeout vendor, with limited patio seating, is next door to the Bet Midrash at Stirling Plaza. Chaim, the owner, has operated this hidden gem for 3 years. He's originally from Montreal. I mention this for any Canadians down here for the winter who might have a taiva (desire) for up north French fries & gravy. Although tempting, we chose double scoops of ice cream and enjoyed a delicious 12 inch pizza that hit the spot. Next time we're going to try the soft serve and maybe take home a pint or two of gellato.
