Ft Lauderdale is one of my favorite places on Earth and I’m glad this place got the renew it needed. I travel often for work and layovers are a task to keep things in grace if needed. Golden bear used to be my first go to but felt a little ehh last couple times around. But I came back and wow, what a change. Food was prompt , burger tasted great , service was cordial. Even a manger came by with a smile and greeted people. Glad I came back to my normal spot.

Charged me gratuity to walk to the kitchen to get me a to go soup and then I complained about the gratuity and they told me they can’t take it off. It literally says on the receipt remove gratuity

Avoid at all costs.
Service is deplorable. The waitresses just don’t care, even for an airport restaurant, this is particularly garbage. Saddest burger I’ve ever had, ask for a sprite and they give you a bottle of starry and a plastic cup of ice. Honestly if I was Jack Nicklaus I’d be embarrassed to have my name associated with this place.

Service was bad. Food was horrible. My yogurt was warm and fruit was dried out. My first bite I spit back out. Waitress never came to check on us…guessing she already knew the food was bad because she never asked how it was. My wife had to get are stuff and walk to the exit just in order to get are bill to pay after waiting for 20 minutes. Hi watched as other customers were smart enough to leave before ordering. P.S. they did not remove my food from bill. STAY AWAY

Customer service was horrible. She worked the bar didn’t acknowledge that I was even sitting at the bar for almost 5 minutes. I had to repeatedly request for items. IE, water, lettuce, silverware and napkins. I asked for a burger she told me to go to another spot. I’ve eaten here before on multiple occasions and never experienced this type of service. It sucks that one person can ruin a normal good experience.
