I was born in a Freeport Bahamas. I can finally say I found a place that taste like home if you have a chance stop by well worth it.

We just arrived in Florida from New York. We had the best oxtail we ever had. Cooked the right way with the right spices. I couldn't be happier, and the friendly service from Leonie made the experience that much better. We will definitely be back to this location before we go home to NY. Thank you, Leonie!!👍👍👍

The workers looked very tired, they didn’t have an attitude with me but it can appear that way to others. Food was mid. I just wish they were nicer. The staff were speaking the loudest and again not very nice.

I ran in on my lunch break to grab something quick, a veggie patty and coco bread. I got back to work and seen they had given me molded bread. This is unacceptable, I know the server had to see that bread was no good. Waste of my money and tips. No lunch. I’m not sure how to add the picture otherwise I’d show you all.

Order this time after 5 years. We've come back to Fort Lauderdale 8 here and were absolutely disgusted. The coca bread was hard as s*** The drinks were hot. There was no ice in the drinks at all. The Patty reordered mild was spicy as hell when we called the store. After we received our delivery, we got attended by the rude. St telephone attendant. That told us to go spend our money somewhere else.If we didn't like their food never again we'll go back. And to think that five years ago we gave you guys five stars.

Do not eat at this place it's horrible I've heard nothing but bad things! I still went to give them a try after waiting an hour for my order they decided to cancel and now most of the places I was going to order from are closed !!! I will not be ordering from this place ever again

Wanted to ackee and salt fish they ran out sooo I asked for liver my order came it’s kidney that im allergic to so I gave it to my wife only fi say it bitter and it never clean good still had fat on it yall have very poor customer service

Omg I just left from there arrived home just to open my food with the taste of burnt chicken and many bones I ordered brown stew and on top of it they had no cabbage. All this burnt chicken barely no tasty meat . Service was not great !!!! Never will go back there !!!!!!!!!! Need better attentive employees and a better cook !!!!

I will never set foot in this place again! The employees will never greet you, they look at you as if you walked in the wrong place, they always look mad. I went in for patties, the 2 woman that was present look at me mean and kept their conversation going.
I’ll just support the spot up the street from now on, they greet you with a smile.

I order two fried chicken meals, soup,and Coco bread. The chicken dinner meat was old and overcooked. The cabbage had a weird taste. I threw it in the garbage. I made contact with Doordash but no refund or credit was given.

Horrible customer service, the lady who took my order had a nasty attitude. There was no order in the lines, no separate line for beef patties like the other stores. I definitely won't return here.

Brown stew chicken and white rice. When they say don’t come to this place don’t! Food looks great but chicken was hard in a lot of places and actually taste like a bunch of ketchup. Once I got up and looked at the food in the serving side it looked pretty old as if it had been sitting a while.

Also upon sitting there a guy had someone order him a lunch special via door dash . Instead he came inside and asked if he could retrieve the food the guy said no which was kind of understandable. So he waited on the dasher outside and retrieved the food from her. He came inside and everybody seemed shocked that he had actually retrieved the food that was his from the Dasher. He then asked if they didn’t mind him sitting inside so that he can eat his food they said yes it was OK then he proceeded to ask if they didn’t mind, could he get a cup of water the lady replied very rudely WHY DONT YOU PAY FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER!! which the lunch special came with a drink anyways that they forgot to give him. The guy gave him a drink of juice with so much attitude and forces. The guy with the food asked how much for champagne Jamaican drink inside of the cooler. The guy told him it’s going to be $2.50. He laid his change on the counter and said he only had $2.25.. The guy that works there proceeded to say don’t worry about it. Just take the juice and go and sit down and begin picking up the change, saying that she needed to cash out another person that was behind him so I immediately turned around and intervened in the conversation and ask the guy that ordered the food what is it that he wanted? He said he wanted the champagne drink inside of the cooler. I turned around and asked the guy that works there. How much is the drink? He said oh it’s 250. I said well gosh it would’ve hurt you that much to give this guy a drink that was $2.50 and he only had $2.25. I said give him the drink and when I’m done eating my food I’m gonna pay for It. I then packed up my food because I was so disgusted with the attitude that they had given someone that was in need in the moment. I proceeded to go to the register and pay for the food. I told the lady sometimes when you’re in a position it’s OK to help people that’s in need because not everybody is able in times like this. I grabbed my food and left in so much discussed I would not be returning to the location…
