Delicious ice cream. Wonderful owners. Everything is homemade with all natural ingredients. We’ll definitely be back.
If you like looking at the ice cream before you try or buy, forget it. It’s hidden in the back. Strange.
I’m not lactose intolerant but my stomach was upset after eating.
Last, owner had a RESIST sign on the storefront but since has removed. I doubt owner has changed their stance but pulling up in a Tesla, I’m concerned about what I was getting, especially since you can’t see what’s being scooped out.
Dirty dining shut it down
Great host and even better homemade ice cream.
Handmade ice cream was delicious!

The ice cream here is super unique. I have never tried anything like it. The texture is quite different. The flavors are unique as everything is homemade. The kids loved it. The place looks like a old fashion parlor. I would definitely come again next time I am in Florida. Update: just tried the sundae, amazing flavors and beautiful presentation.
Don’t waste your time or money! We walked in with our kids ready to order and two other people walked in behind us. The owner took their order first and I had to tell her we were there first. Shew blew it off as if it were no big deal. After we placed our order and paid, we walked out to our car only to find hair in each of our ice creams.we walked in to get our money back. The place was dirty and smelled awful.
This is hands down the best ice cream I’ve ever had—100% homemade and you can truly taste the difference! The husband-and-wife owners are the kindest people and make you feel completely at home. One night my husband and I ended up sitting with them for over an hour just chatting about travel and restaurant management—it felt like visiting old friends.
Go for the ice cream, but stay for the company. We come here often, and it’s always a wonderful experience!
The Golden Rose Ice Cream Bar is a gem. The lovely couple running it has been making ice cream the old-fashioned way for over 30 years, with recipes passed down from his mom. They were so generous, letting us sample a bunch of flavors—each one better than the last.
The cookies and cream was unbelievably fluffy and easily one of the best I’ve ever had. I also tried the lavender honey, which was so good I ended up buying a pint to take home. What I love most is that they skip all the unnecessary stuff: no xanthan gum or weird fillers like other places use. I crushed an entire pint and didn’t feel sick afterwards, which says a lot.
I originally came in for two scoops and left with a pint in hand. Wonderful couple, wonderful ice cream—can’t wait to go back.
Legit handmade ice cream. Real ingredients made with love and served with pride. Family owned and family operated. Highly recommended!
