Eat here very often, and would always bloat and have digestive issues after. Then come to realize all they use is canola and vegetable oil in their dishes.. ?It’s very upsetting. For a restaurant who up charges and makes you feel like you’re buying clean food, it sure is full of inflammatory & gut destroying toxins because it is the cheapest thing to feed people. Also there are a lot of naturally gluten free options that are not gluten free on the menu, i’m not sure what’s being added to change that (and all fruit & vej for juices are NOT organic). I really don’t mind prices when I know what i’m paying for and would pay extra to eat foods cooked with olive oil. Will no longer be eating here.

The food, juice and smoothies are really great. My issue is with the cooks and their smoking. They smoke right outside the restaurant or right in front of it so you exit feeling healthy and then run into a cloud of nasty cigarette smoke. Obviously with several smoke breaks it is hard to not run into the cloud. There is a dance studio and moms and kids who have to experience this too. If the owners read this, it would be awesome if your smoking employees could at least park in the opposite side of the restaurant closer to the street to avoid the cigarette smoke.

Save your time and money and take it to a business that cares about taking care of clients. Both employees were unfriendly and barely greeted us. Upon leaving I asked the cashier if they could throw away my straw wrapper bc they keep their trash can tucked to the side of the counter out of sight, which makes it hard to throw away anything. They took their finger and tapped the counter for me to place my wrapper there. Not one time acknowledging me. Not sure what that was about. I left an 18% tip also. Not the first time I experienced their rude staff but won’t be going back!

Friendliest staff. Went above and beyond for me and my specific needs. I appreciate this establishment for being so professional. Also the California Veggie Wrap is to die for! So healthy and so good.

Rude man behind the bar that didn’t give his name. I paid $24 for a green juice, when I asked for the extra that didn’t didn’t make it in the cup, he told me I only paid for 24oz and dumped the rest it in the sink, and said good bye ma’am. First time here, last time.

I’m not sure if anyone here runs data or looks at this but hopefully this helps (this is my literal job).1. Your profit margins are abnormally high. $17 for lettuce and half an avocado in a spinach wrap is bad business. You’re currently running 80+% markup. It’s 2023. Your consumers are smarter now. Also - negotiate your DSP contracts better if they require markup to lower their commission fees.2. The reason your margins are so high is mostly likely because 1. Your rent is high and your real estate is too large (every time I go I see empty inside, full outside) and this is way too large of a space for your short operating hours. This paired with high COGs is a killer for margins.3. My recommendation would be to look at your packaging cogs (they appear high - I can tell your food cogs aren’t high so that’s aggravating) and change your operating hours for additional revenue instead of burdening the consumer in a 5 hour morning window. This is south Florida. The operating hours don’t meet the consumer data. Get a beer and wine license and add 60% sales on alcohol. Add a brunch menu, etc where you can cross utilize ingredients and maximize food cogs.5. It shouldn’t cost $30 for a wrap with 2oz of wholesale broadliner Sysco steak in it. We can make it at home with better ingredients for 80% less cost. This is why the place is dead. Fix the internal ops issues and stop burdening the customer on prices for the ops shortcomings. You’ll die on your own sword that way. It’s a great concept but needs ops tweaking for sure. I’m willing to bet a months salary as an operator that this is someone’s first restaurant or their parent owns the place and lets their offspring run it.

The options are plentiful and clean. The juice bar is fresh and delicious, using fresh fruits and vegetables. No sugar-added ingredients, and sugar substitutes are agave and honey. The breakfast burrito is my favorite item which is served to 11a sharp, except Saturdays are all day. The Portobello burger is another favorite lunch item and the Mahi tacos are amazing. Everything is negotiable to be a gluten-free choice, and many vegan options. No junk vegan the options are all clean and healthy. The service is always friendly, and quick, and the servers are knowledgeable. I love the option to sit outside or inside as well.
