Jeremiah did an excellent job this morning and the service was amazing. I got the healthy Elvis smoothie, and it was easily the best experience I’ve had there so far, and I live across the street.

Monday Oct 6th @2:36pm I placed an order. Needed to use a split payment (Apple pay & Card). Employee said he didn’t know how to ring it up as such. Didn’t know how to process the payment that way.

I asked for help. Asked for a manager. Apparently the manager wasn’t answering the phone. So there were employees without a supervisor to resolve the conflict.

Super disappointed in today. I worked out and really needed some fruit/ healthy eats. Did not get that. Didn’t get any help at all…

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible service I received during my visit to Grain and Berry. Lorenzo and Amari truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the attention to detail was outstanding. My order was handled with care, and everything tasted fresh and delicious.

The best acai and spirulina bowl. Especially when they make it from scratch. Some of the workers try to prep acai bowls to save time and these bowls are only good when you get them to go and they have a chance to melt. Sarah is the best and always makes them from scratch ❤️ nowhere else in the area can make a bowl better.

BRING CASH AND HAND IT TO WHO MAKES YOUR BOWL

Make sure you hand the person who makes your bowl a cash tip. They do not receive the tip jar or computer tips. I asked what their pay is and they get $10 plus tips which adds up to $13 and hour management and/or the owner take most the tips which is illegal. The key west location they get $20 plus tips and its the best location hands down. No wonder they prep stuff here and most employees don't care what work here. Im still gonna eat here though because its my favorite.

grain and berry has the best bowls around hands down. make sure you hand the person who makes your bowl a cash tip because they dont get to keep the tips on the computer or the jar. kinda shady system.

These guys working here are so polite and thoughtful on top of working well together from what I saw as I waited for my order. My visit today is like all other days, awesome! I come all the way from Weston just to get their bowls. Great job guys, you never know who is watching Zay, Antton Jeremiah.

I ordered a four dollar cappuccino and there was no sugar. I asked them for sugar and they were like no I was like are you guys gonna come the coffee and they said no basically they told me to stop it never saw a place that has a cappuccino machine and doesn’t have sugar.
