Grain and Berry - Fort Lauderdale

I’ve dined here several times, but each visit has been increasingly disappointing. The portions seemed to shrink, the food quality declined, some items were undercooked, and the presentation was lacking. I won’t be returning or recommending this place.

first time here and was super amazing!!! i dont think you can go wrong on any of the superfood bowls. cant wait to go back.

My only regret about Grain and Berry was not trying it sooner! Staying at the adjacent Marriott I must have walked by ten times, don’t be me. Be smart and indulge in any of the drinks that come with friendly service.

Came in after a morning jog looking for something hydrating and refreshing. As a first time customer I didn’t know what to order, but I was not to worry Eli came to my recuse and recommended the good karma bowl. 10/10 would recommend this place and they’ll be seeing me again real soon!

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and ensuring that I felt well taken care of throughout my visit.

The best açai bowls around! So fresh and not as sweet as other spots. The flat breads and toast are out of this world!! Service is 5 star, everyone is so friendly and helpful with suggestions. Great atmosphere. This will be my go to spot moving forward.

I had Grain and Berry for the first time today and I will definitely be going back very soon. The customer service from Mekia and Kat was exceptional. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and they helped me figure out the perfect meal for me. I got a coffee and the Thanks a Brunch and the staff were super helpful with the modifications that I made to my meal. The restaurant itself was very clean and smelled amazing!

We have been there 3 times since we discovered it a couple weeks ago. Spoke to Sarah all 3 visits.
Last one yesterday will be the last time.
Unfriendly employees, no eye contact, if they are doing something if you walk in they did not look up to acknowledge . We had to ask, hello, can we order?
Yesterday when we returned we asked about our previous week visit that was the day that you were offering free smoothies with a quesadilla purchase.
Unbeknownst to us that day, I saw it on Instagram after the fact( one day later)so thinking ok, when we return we will show Sarah and naturally they will honor their error.
Nothing close. We were told "oh in order to receive that you would have to have asked." WHAT?
So a business that runs specials are not the ones that should tell customers? The customers that may not be attached to social media daily to see the specials, they are the party that is responsible to ask for something they are unaware of? Who ever heard of such nonsense.
You tell your customer when they order the quesadilla that today you receive a free smoothie and you ask them if they want it.
Employees need to be trained to smile, pay attention, make eye contact, be alert and aware when customers are standing at counter, and being polite and professional would not hurt either.
Very disappointed in this outcome. You guys just lost a big bunch of customers because we would have continued to return as we did to date but brought new friends each time.

You need better customer service. The lady at the register made me feel unwelcome since the beginning, as I was taking my order. In general, I know is Monday, but I really believe the staff need a more cheerful attitude. Besides that, the food is good and the place really clean and pretty.
