I love those places where you just walk in and feel like you stepped into your grandmother’s house… This is one of those places: the “marimba” music in the background, the wonderful smells of the food and the warmth of the smile behind d the counter that welcomes you as if they’ve known you all your life. It’s a quaint little place that will transport you back to Guatemala with the first bite you take.
Great food and service!! Everything was fresh and felt so homemade and authentic. I’ve been looking for Guatemalan food in south Florida and I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Parking isn’t the best but it’s so worth it. I ordered the cheese and mixta pupusa and my mom ordered the churrasco meal.
Really some of the best Latino/mexican/Guatemalan food available in Fort Lauderdale. I recommend the carne asada tacos, beef soup, and tamales. Authentic Flavors await your pallete.
